Service went great. Showed up during the window that was given and performed the work faster than the estimated time it would take. Was not able to run the coaxial because of existing issues with the house and we decided to wait on doing that work. During the coaxial work he did point out a larger issue with the electrical system that will need to be addressed later and offered interim solutions till the work can done. Price quoted when work was done was less than original quote because some work could not be done at time of service. They cleaned up after themselves and left the house just as they found it plus the electrical outlet. They were very friendly and hospitable. Will definitely have them do work again.

He diagnosed the situation and located the source of the problem. There was a burned wire that was touching another piece of metal and it was causing the fixture to not work. He repaired the wire, cleaned up after himself and all in under 30 minutes!

We were very pleased with the professionalism and responsiveness of this company. It was easy to set up an appointment that fit our work schedules. The provider arrived promptly at the start of he promised service window. The repair took longer than initially expected, but that was completely due to some quirks in our wiring. Each step of the process was explained to us and we were given options as needed. Our new ceiling fan and lights work well and the work was done quickly and with very little mess/disturbance to us. Would recommend.

The value after they completed more than double the value of the worked completed. <br /> 'm not being paid extra for the survey. <br /> I'm just explaining the facts. <br /> I will use this company again for all and any electrical work I need done. <br /> Give them a try. Quoting went well. Was cheaper than other company I had used. Took 4+ weeks to actually send me the digital quote though, had lowered the overall price by $50, but raised the down payment by $50 followed by full payment at completion of jobs. When I said I could not afford the full price up front at the end of the work, and asked for each job individually priced/etc so I could hack them out monthly, he never got back to me. <br />

"I thank you for your review. But I would like the opportunity to tell my side. First of all you live 30 minutes outside of town which is nearly an hour from where I live. In your review you gave me a B for punctuality which is good but it could have been better. If it were not for the fact that you gave me the wrong address and that I drove up and down the road trying to find a phone signal so I could call and get directions. And when I showed you on my phone that you had sent me the wrong address. You didn't seem to be concerned about the time or gas your wrong address had cost me. You also failed to mention the first receptacle I worked on for you was located in a small cabinet which I had to squeeze into to preform the work you needed done. The second was no big deal. so in the end you saw me for about an hour. but as I explained, in the end I had over two hours of my time invested in your project. You also failed to mention that when you called to complain about what I had charged you I offered you a discount which you claimed was an admission of guilt on my part. which could not be further from the truth. As I told you it was an attempt to make a customer happy. And that I felt no guilt for charging you 120.00 for the service call. I hope that in the future you find no further need for an electrician because I'm afraid you may have trouble finding an electrician come that far out. Especially for the 80.00 dollars you told me you believed to be a fair price."

James, the owner, was incredibly professional, knowledgable, and efficient. He was on time, gave a estimate at no charge, and completed the work in a timely manner. He was even great at teaching my husband a few tricks and offered to give free advice if we needed to call him. He even let us buy the supplies we would need to help us save money, and walked us through exactly what to buy. Amazing person and service! <br />

We discussed using aluminum wire instead of copper to keep <br /> cost down. I called him the day before to ask him to upgrade us to copper <br /> wire after my wife got nervous. She heard that aluminum wire was a safety <br /> hazard. He had explained the safety concerns with aluminum wire and it <br /> was safe if properly installed, but understood my dilemma. He upgraded us <br /> to copper with minimal additional cost. He completed the work on-time, <br /> on-cost. He followed up the next day to make sure everything was working <br /> fine. I would definitely recommend him to others, and I will use his <br /> services again in the future. <br /> <br />

<p>He was able to come to my house the same day and knew exactly what was wrong with it before looking at it. Unfortunately, the replacement part he had was bad so he had to return the following day with another part. It didn't take very long at all to get the job done. I am very pleased with his service. I wish I would have remembered to get an estimate for some outside electrical work that needs done. I will definitely be using his services again. </p> <br />

I called mr. Yarbrough to look at my GFI plugs to troubleshoot why they tripped and wouldn't reset. He said the outside outlets needed to be coverd by a bubble. He was very knowledgable and gave good advise and the price was fair. I will be calling him in the future.?
