The service was very good and the work completed in a timely manner. We had new plants planted in both the back, side, and front yards. We also had fake grass strategically installed in back, side, and front yards. In addition, all old rock was removed and replaced with a two toned color scheme. We also required a reconfiguration of the irrigation for the plants. They also reinstalled some pavers for the back patio.

The end result of the work was fantastic. I can't say enough about how wonderful it looks. It provided more flat surface in the yard, took care of the steep slope, and provided pavers around the grass and the pool pump. I love it and plan to have the front yard landscaped by Yard Masters!

Craig has an amazing crew which worked tirelessly and all work from start to finish only took 1.5 days. We are very pleased with the quality, professionalism, and the value. They are an excellebt company and I woyld definitely use them again.

The entire process went great. The job was accomplished on the scheduled time frame and the workers were very prompt. We enjoyed working with Craig, Craig Jr., Trevor, and the rest of the workers.

They were great, they showed up on time and had it all done really quickly. I enjoyed it because it was no stress and no problems and they cleaned up after themselves every day. They were easy to work with and I got exactly what I wanted.

This is a follow-up to a very good review we gave this company back in 04/2013. We had a major tree die after 2 mos. and called Gregg Durham, the owner and the man we dealt with. all along. to see about checking it out and a replacement. He said he would get by and check it out. After 2 weeks, nothing happened..Called again and also E Mailed him. Another week--No Response.! ?? Both my wife and myself have called--It goes to a voice mail that says we have reached Yardmasters and that they will get right back to you...We left 3 phone numbers and Have Yet to hear anything. He only gives people 3 months for replacement on the Shrubs and Trees---The last Landscaper we had gave us a full year. He admitted when we initially called him that we were within the 3 months but he failed to respond after that initial call. <br /> Hope we can add a favorable outcome review soon but barring that, CANNOT recommend Yardmasters to anyone.

He had to miss a couple of days with other work and some Rain delays, but eventually did a great job...We were Very Pleased. <br /> He has 2 crews that have a lot of Experience--including his 2 sons. He has a lot of Landscaping knowledge --especially with our Desert Landscaping in Nevada and makes a great first impression--He went to more lengths to sketch out our concept to be sure we were all on the same page..(Free Consultation) .No language barriers with anyone on the team...Our #1 thing was--a Quality Job and this we got...We would use Craig again without hesitation. <br />

What we thought would be a pleasant experience in planning our landscaping was not to be. We were promised follow-up and had non. I don't even know if these people are still in business. I have placed calls and have no reponse at all. I was told they are banned from this neighborhood. Disappointed because we trusted these people and were promised the moon got nothing.
