"Customer upset because after the job was finished she asked to remove 2 large rose bushes growing inside the house threw closets. That was not in the quote. I have pictures of the bushes trimmed. I also have text messages of this customer saying she loves my work. Customer only wanted to pay $10 for this service."
"sorry you didn't like the job, but you told us we did a good job, if there was something you didn't like you could of told us before you paid us if you wasnt satisfied with the job because we could of fixed any errors or concerns before you issued payment, we was issued final payment without complaint until customer left review after service was performed a week ago"
