"We appreciate your feedback, but we strongly disagree with your characterization of the project and feel it is important to clarify the facts: You were provided with multiple proposals, including higher-cost options to replace all existing irrigation infrastructure and fully resod the property. You declined those estimates due to budget constraints and instead approved a significantly reduced scope of work. Despite completing the project per the scope you selected, we made multiple good-faith efforts to assist you beyond our contractual obligations. Specifically: • We returned to the property three separate times at no additional charge to address your concerns. • We applied additional grass seed twice and extended a 24-month warranty on germination. • We attempted to coordinate further repairs even after it was documented that damage to the system and grading occurred due to your operation of heavy equipment (skid steer) over the completed work area. We have consistently acted in good faith and tried to resolve the situation amicably. While we understand your frustration, the issues you are describing stem largely from pre-existing system conditions and subsequent damage beyond our control."
