Yarto was very prompt at first. He is a very personable man. He evaluated our TV situation. He said that he needed to take our tv parts into his shop to fix it. He'd also clean it while it was in his shop. He did that then came back and reinstalled the parts into our tv. It seemed to be working fine. Picture looked like it always had. I paid him (about $250 in total; $50 was paid initially and then $200 additional when job was completed) and Yarto said that the tv was under warranty should anything go wrong (I can't remember the warranty period). The next morning I realized that three of the channels didn't have any sound. He came back out to check this out. When he arrived, he said that he didn't have time to check it out in its entirety but he did check it enough to know that the problem was in the tuner. He then got a VCR from his car that had a tuner in it and hooked it up to our tv. The tv had picture and sound to all channels when going through the VCR. He said that he'd leave the VCR with us until he had a chance to come out again and check out the TV thoroughly. It took him several weeks to get back out to our house again. I was calling him during those weeks to remind him that we were still waiting. At one time, he had made an appointment to come out but then didn't show up. He didn't call or anything...he just didn't show. When I got a hold of him the next week, he apologized and made another appointment. When he finally came out the last time, he said that the problem with the tv tuner couldn't be fixed. He said that he'd refund the $200 that we paid but that the original $50 was for the estimate and not refundable. It took several more weeks for us to get the refund. Again, I had to continually call and leave messages/e-mails before we finally got the refund check in the mail. Again, Yarto seems to be a very nice and knowledgable man; however, it shouldn't have taken 3 months or more to get a tv fixed.

After considerable time ,he has not been able to repair the set. His promptness was a problem and the need for considerable follow-up from me was an on-going issue. He has now advised that I should buy a new set. In my opinion, we should have come to this conclusion sometime ago. He is a nice man and seems to know his business well. However, I threw a tough problem at him and he did not handle it well.

I saw them on Angie's List and that is what made me pick them. There was a problem with his lack of promptness. His work seemed to be good but he was tough on follow through.

Yarteck Electronic Services gave her a good pricing. They were reliable. They did what they were supposed to do. They came out to the house to pick up her television. They were on time and friendly. I?m not sure how much she spent for the repair; however I know that she was pleased with the price. Everything worked out the way that a seventy year old woman thought it should.

They repaired the TV for me. It was eventually fixed fine. He definitely took a while and he had to come back as he didn't have everything the first time. We were without a TV for several days, but eventually it was taken care of. They fairly understood my problem and worked till they got it resolved. Overall, I am satisfied with them. I probably will not use them again in the future.

I called Yarto and he said he could come to my house the same day. He called when he was on his way. He took his shoes off before walking on my carpet. He determined what the problem was, ordered the parts and called me when they came in. He would have had the tv fixed within a few days if the weather had not been bad enough to close airports. He was very efficient, explained everything to me, and was very nice. The TV works!

He is a nice guy, and things started out real nice, but I?ve not heard anything from him for a couple of weeks now. I?ve emailed him too. When I do talk to him, he is very professional. I chose him because he had good ratings. The pricing was good. He charged me $50 for the service call and said that it would go towards the repair, but I don?t think he can repair it. I?m undecided in terms of using him in the future.

My 55 inch Mitsubishi TV would not come on. He came to my home diagnosed the issue. Took the unit back to his shop, and returned it repaired 2 days later. He gave me a cash discount. It was a great experience.

Our 65" Toshiba rear projection TV picture died unexpectedly. I called ITR Electronics and they said that I would need to bring the several hundred pound unit from my basement into their shop for 2-3 days of work or pay hundreds for them to transfer the TV for me. So, I called Yarteck. Not only did he offer to come to our house, he was able to come the same day (on a Saturday night!) and already had a good idea of the problem based on my description. He called to keep us updated on his expected arrival time, was very professional, carefully removed his shoes to avoid tracking rain into the house, and quickly assessed the situation. He gave me a final price, estimated an hour for repair, and got my permission before starting the repair. The final price was very close to his original estimate and was fair. He was pleasant, courteous, and got our TV working the same day that I called. Wow! I was left with only one question: how do I give an A+ in Angies List?

I took my 42 inch LCD television to them and they had it done the next day. They were really good. The price was really good to do the diagnosing, purchasing of the part, and installation. They are conscientious about time. They do good work. We haven't had a problem since. They helped me unload it, and load it back up. They hooked it up in the shop to show me it was working. They were very responsive. I was really satisfied with them, and very pleased at how fast the service was. Other companies that I called said that they would have to come to my house, which would have cost me an extra fee. I was happy to be able to take the television to them. Their quality was really good. There were no incidences of dings, scratches, or mess ups. It works great! He called me an hour or two after I dropped it off and gave me an estimate. He was able to get the part in the very next day.

It went great, the screen was a bright red and was going out. He came out promptly and was able to fix this particular model (not all models can be repaired according to Yarto). Very professional and knowledgable and even took his shoes off which my wife liked. Will use this company again.

Yarto came out the same day I called, even coming in the evening to accommodate my work schedule. One other company that knew exactly what my problem was claimed I would have to bring the TV in to them because they couldn't take all their tools needed into a home. But this company had no problem with that. He fixed the TV in less than 30 minutes and gave me a discount for being an Angie's List member.

He came out and was able to resolve the problem, he had come out just a few months ago so he refused to let me pay him for this service. He is the nicest man. He doesn't live close to me at all and came all that way to fix my TV at no charge. I highly recommend them. Each time I have called him, he has come out the very same day.

He arrived on time checked out the TV. Turned the TV on saw the red flashing light knew what was wrong. Took off the back panel and cleaned out the dust in the back. Cleaned one of the fans that was causing the TV to shut down. The TV started working again. Ordered the part to replace the piece that was causing the shut down told me it was worn out and will go out for good.
