Friendly and professional, open to questions and concerns, fast communication and responses, but most of all he displayed integrity, honesty, compassion, and just general "I am a good guy looking to make an honest living" type of attitude and morals. Pete was so incredibly easy to work with (despite me going back and forth on colors) and had everything done within a day! The previous owners of my house were DIYers and every single home project I’ve done has had some horror revealed and I was ready to get rid of the cheap, warped, builder gray flooring - the team at Yates painstakingly leveled my floors and used high quality materials that make my house look luxurious! Every employee was kind and they quoted me a reasonable (and honest!!!!!!) rate! I knew I would have a great experience after reading reviews but this exceeded expectations.

The entire project from beginning to end was excellent. The project was scheduled within an adequate time frame and work was completed as scheduled. The field team were punctual, courteous, and went out of their way to be helpful throughout the project. Their quality of work was exceptional. They also, performed well having to deal with obstacles in an occupied household. I recommend Yates flooring to anyone looking to replace their flooring.
