Yates Masonry

I've hired Don and his son Zack twice. First to do Brick and Stone step repair and most recently two do a full replacement of one of my window wells, repairing two others + waterproof a significant portion of one side of my house. It was a big job and Don, Zack and Nick handled it professionally, efficiently and effectively. I'm very impressed with their work and will hire them again for tuckpointing next year. Pricing is reasonable. Don kept me apprised of their process, when they would be working, and completed the work well within the timeframe I anticipated. I highly recommend Yates Masonry.

Arrived on time, worked diligently throughout the day. They had to put up a tent because it started to rain lightly. Great job although my pachysandra was a little flat from the equipment, I suspect. I’m sure it will come back.

once don was able to get a permit from city of Euclid due to the inspector on vacation.The work was complete in less than a weeks time.I plan on using him again on masonry projects.My wife and i are very happy with Dons work
