Landscape Yard or Garden Installation
Yavapai was contracted to do a landscaping job. They were paid $75,000 up front. They never pulled permits as verified by the City nor did they complete any work?..they just disappeared. When I tried to contact them, they refused to refund my money. Per a City official, Yavapai is known for not obtaining permits prior to work being done. I am in the process of taking legal action to remedy this problem and hopefully prevent anyone else from getting ripped off.

My mother got work done here. They charged her $1,000 for 30 minutes of work. They over charged and took advantage of an elderly women. I would not recommend using someone like this for your work. Always get many estimates if you don't want to be taken advantage of. I only wish I was there to have guided her more.

I contracted Yavapai Landscaping to do two days of Firewise work at my home in Talking Rock. They were outstanding, professional and very efficient. Their crew leader Levi was a pleasure to deal with on both times and answered my questions and gave his advice on a couple trees I was not sure on what i wanted to do with. I have since contacted them to replace a irrigation shutoff valve that cracked as well. Highly recommend.

What we thought to be an easy job because sprinklers were already in place, turned into a nightmare because the previous owner had covered several sprinkler heads with pavers and concrete without first capping them off. The valve box had been filled with mud, trash and concrete and the drip lines had been cut entirely. The Yavapai team was outstanding; Ryan, Mike, Aaron and Devon all busted their butts to get the job done on time in spite of all of the additional work. The new lawn looks amazing and changes the entire feel of the back yard.

Very Well. The guys were nice, professional, seemed busy the whole time, & on time. They cleaned up everything. Since my husband was out of state for a family emergency, when they were starting, they even called him to verify something to make sure we were all on the same page & he'd be happy when he came home. He was happy. It looks nice.

They did an excellent job. Our previous landscaper left us high and dry. Despite repeated requests, he refused to do the job properly. He claimed that it would take hours. It took a little over an hour to do what we asked. Very personable and friendly. I would recommend them to everyone.

Great service at a fair and reasonable cost. The communication was prompt and polite. They were polite and clean looking workers. They hustled and worked very hard to complete the tasks and be out of my way. Fabulous result and they double checked with me to make sure I was happy with their performance.

Yavapai Landscaping is an excellent company to work with. We highly recommend Yavapai L/S. Nathan Green, Owner, Meghan Stith, Office Mgr., & Devon Mastera, Field Mgr., are all very knowledgeable, responsive & professional. They installed a complete irrigation system replace/upgrade, on a large lot with established plantings, over a weekend. Their assessment of the work needed and recommendations for installation were well thought out and cost efficient. The installation was done in a very professional and timely manner. The site was left in a very clean and orderly manner.

First experience was a good clean job-up job; good but very pricey. Recently I called to get estimate on a hedge trimming that runs most of the length of our property. Brent answered and had Nathan call me back. He told me he would call to schedule when he was able to see his schedule. He never did calI back. I hired another company.

Quite pricey for the plants. He wasn't very communicative about when he would come back, he kept pushing the date back. I don't think he had documented that he was going to come back, so he played it off by pushing the date back. At this point he has stopped responding or returning my calls. I'm still not sure how to operate the drip system panel, so scheduled to operate 15 minutes every day.
