it went smoothly. Organized schedule. Contractor always on top of sub-contractors. Clean, neat, very responsible. No trash, bottles or smoking. always available by phone for questions and would respond immediately. The craftsmanship and quality of the work is exceptional. I am extremely happy. Yoav is the owner and he took me through the whole process and explained budgets and timelines with tons of patience. He wanted me to be happy. Once the project got started, he was on site constantly and totally made me feel like I mattered, even though I knew he had other projects going on. The finished project was incredible. The house breathes in ways I never imagined and the flow is amazing. Turns out he went above and beyond, too. He painted the house, put in better-quality windows, and even advised on landscaping ideas. And he did it all on budget. HIRE THIS MAN!
