Excellent, I got more than the deal, they were (are) both really nice people, very patient, they explained everything to me. I had a very long, 'honey to do list' but no 'honey' so I went on this website and found Y and D, I read the previous reviews and decided on them, they had several deals but I chose the 5 hour deal because of my list, glad I did, OMG, thank you guys

I first hired Yanny and his team (a very nice couple) for an outdoor shed installation and they did a fantastic job!! They checked first for what I would like and my budget, suggested the best way to lay the base, and importantly they provided good quality of work! I am so pleased with their work that I continued to hire them for additional projects, including fence repair, front door step repair, an entire house exterior painting, and an old door replacement. They have excellent skills, positive altitude, great communication, and always on time for the job. I highly recommend them and will definitely hire them again.

I used a coupon they offered to get some small but numerous projects done. It went very well. I had quite a "honey-do" list and most of the projects were completed. A few of the items were outside the scope of the coupon, requiring a bit more time and were better quoted separately which I understood perfectly. The were very nice, professional, took pride in their work and didn't attempt anything they may have damaged my home. For example, I had to replace a defective bathroom faucet installed around tile. They explained that although it was a relatively simple job, they would not be able to do it because of the grout around the screw that would require some time to carefully remove. As it is, they will need to come back to do some other work pending an estimate for the work. (installing a dishwasher and replacing wood rot around the garage door. All in all, very pleased with their work and would highly recommend them.

They have done a few different projects for me, and each time the finished product has been excellent. They are very professional, finishing the job on time and communicating throughout the process. It's refreshing to work with honest people who do what they say they will. I'd readily hire them again, as I know the job will be done well.

Yanny contacted me immediately to schedule the work. He was understanding when I had to reschedule it. They arrived promptly on the scheduled morning and completed all of the work as well as some additional work that we discovered needed to be done.

Returned call and came to my house quickly. I greatly appreciated a message confirming the time. All the work that I requested was completed to my utter satisfaction. In fact they were able to cut part of a backsplash that was installed improperly by another contractor without damaging anything. They are truly amazing and played a crucial part in helping to get me closer to returning home after Hurricane Harvey. Thanks so much Y & D!

They were great. Arrived on time and got to work. This work was done over a period of two days. Communicated very well and set expectations with me.

We needed some tile work done to our bathroom. They informed us that the previous work done was incorrect. The area between the bathroom floor and tile was hallow. It was supposed so be filled with some type of hard material; cement. Instead, it was filled with a paper like material which gradually wore away. This left the tile fragile causing it to break easily when stepped on. Y&D were very professional and punctual. I would certainly recommend this company and will use them for future repairs. It could not possibly have gone better. I got a very quick response from Y&D General Remodeling and Repairs to my bid request. They gave me an excellent bid price and even after I looked at the damage in better light and told them there was more to be repaired, they still didn't charge me more. They showed up exactly on time, assessed the situation, obtained the necessary materials, and completed the job right away. They actually saved us money because they did such a good job of reattaching the garage door rails that we did not have to call out a garage door repair place. My husband, who is no easy critic, was super-impressed and so was I. I will absolutely contact them with any future projects.

Excellent work! Although the projects were small individual jobs, they made a significant impact on the street appeal of my home. Yanni was on time, professional and courteous. He and his partner attention to detail made the different.

There was some confusion at the onset where the original price quoted was understood as the price for the complete project. The day the painter arrived and started working on the cabinets, we learned that the price quoted was only for painting and that we would need to hire a carpenter to remount the doors to the kitchen cabinets. Had we understood this before, we likely would have gone with another contractor, but at this point we had already started and just wanted to get the job finished. Communication from that point on was very clear and the owner was very invested in ensuring our satisfaction with the work. We would likely consider them for future painting services, but make sure the scope of the project is 100% clear at the beginning.

Fantastically!! This team is AMAZING. They did beautiful work and finished our list with time to spare. They even found a job we had forgotten about and completed it for us without us even asking. I can’t wait to hire them again.

Yanny and her partner did an outstanding job of painting the trim around my patio door, the soffit around my bay window and the wall around my kitchen window. All small jobs, but very visible and very important to me. They showed up a little earlier than anticipated, had excellent communication throughout. They worked steadily and did a terrific job! They even cleaned up thoroughly after themselves. Prices were very reasonable. Now that I'm familiar with their work I have every intention of hiring them again.

Everything went perfectly. They were very efficient and professional. The price was fair and the work was done well. I am planning to hire them again for additional projects.

Came by and looked at the doors within a week, texted an estimate within a few days, came back in a week an did the work. Took about 4-5 hours to correct a couple of doors, including taking one of the hinges, and installing new weatherstripping. Some doors were binding badly, they all work well now, with no daylight!

This was not a big job and one that I could have done myself. However, this gave me a chance to try out Y&D to evaluate if I would use them again on larger projects in the future. Also, I wanted to save some time because adjusting blinds can be a bit tedious. To my surprise, Yanny and Delva said that they did not adjust blinds. I should have stopped the job at that time and just had them change out the locks, but I let them finish installing the blinds (i.e. just setting the brackets primarily). Overall, the work took less than an hour and the main thing that I needed them to do was not done. We have had blinds installed before and the installation always included adjusting the blinds.

They offer excellent communication and went above and beyond to make sure things were taken care of. We initially had a scheduling problem due to the fact that they don't work on weekends and I work mon-fri, my bf wanted someone home while they worked, since we have dogs. So once time permitted they were on time and started work immediately. We had a long list of things to be done, including: Installing 3 indoor fixtures, 1 outdoor motion detector, 1 ceiling fan and 2 tv mounts (65 inch flat & 55 inch curved), we also had re-grouting and painting a bathroom on the list, but they ran out of time. Which was understandable, but they did excellent work We/I had one complaint, where I thought the wall mount in the bedroom didn't seem to be centered, once contacted they assured me that the tv mount allows me to move it to the left several inches to assist in centering, but they also offered to return if that didnt work. They're very thorough and well worth hiring. I included pictures of everything they did but didn't include the picture of the tv mount after I moved it..
