We have multiple rental units at different locations in SD and pests are a problem, but the pest technician James and office staff Meynard at Yellow Pest Control are a pleasure to work with. How often can you say that about a company!! They are consistent, dependable, professional, and good prices.

I am an extremely clean homeowner and never have had any pest issues whatsoever in 10 years. However, I woke up and saw a cockroach in my kitchen and completely freaked out. I contacted dozens of companies within a few hours, they all wanted to charge an insane amount of money for a onetime service or force me into a subscription. Additionally, most of them were not available to come out for several days. I knew I wasn't going to be able to sleep after seeing that roach. I was so thrilled to find Yellow Pest Control. They came out just a few hours after I contacted them, reassured me that I was dealing was a less invasive type of cockroach and sprayed the house and exterior and provided their 30 day guarantee. He was very professional and prompt. I would highly recommend!

James was easy to communicate with and prompt. We had a rat in our attic years ago and suspected it had returned. After doing a detailed home inspection James said was no issue and no charge for inspection.

They resolved the issue. The ants reappeared a few days later and they came back and set up a trap. That service was included in the original payment.

Very well right from the first visit. James was right on time, friendly, and gave me full information on how the bees would be removed safely. The job went very well with no problems at all. I would hire Yellow Pest Control again if any needs arise.

From beginning to end, Yellow Pest Control has been the most positive experience. They responded to my request for a quote quickly and professionally. James was right on time for our appointment at my home. He did a thorough inspection and gave me a reasonable estimate. Every time he came to my house, he was friendly, professional and he was very conscious of keeping my home neat and cleaning up after himself.
