Had them install a surround sound system, which included the receiver they sold me. They did not read instructions and tuned the receiver in a way that blew my speakers. Instructions clearly states don't use microphone to adjust setting, don't go above 3.5dB and stay between 150-180hz. The know it all tech was above instructions, and blew my speakers and the company won't do anything. Their receiver. Their programming. Their negative feedback. Horrible customer service. You have been warned. I spent over 2 grand with them and this is how they take accountability for their actions. They don't. As a small business owner I'd never do business with such a shady company.
