From the very beginning, Brian was amazing to work with. I wanted to install a projector along with Dolby surround in a challenging room set-up. Brian listened to what I was looking for and came back with an awesome solution. On the day of installation he and his crew were on time and did the job on time and on budget. Brian made sure I was happy with the installation and showed me how everything worked. He also followed up a few days later to make sure I was happy. I could not be happier with the work that Brian and YES Installation did!!

Went perfectly. I wanted to have them mount my flat screen and hide the wires in the wall. They quoted me a price over the phone that includes the mount hardware, wiring, HDMI cables, labor, and a certified electrician to install a new electrical outlet up in the wall. They arrived on time (actually a bit early), did exactly what they set out to do, did a VERY nice and precise job, cleaned up after themselves, and charged exactly what we had agreed. This is how contractor work SHOULD be.

It went great. I left a message to make an appointment and within 2-days they called. I told them what I wanted and they promptly sent me an estimate. We scheduled a time for the next week. The two technicians came on time and were professional at all times. They were able to put the TV wall mount together and mount the entire system just the way I wanted. What they do first is outline on wall with blue tape how they will do mounting and then showed it to me to make sure I liked the height etc. Once I gave them the OK they went to work. I was not sure of length of HMDI cables need especially because of articulated wall mount. Two HDMI cables were included in the package and I purchased one more from them. Their prices for HDMI cables is much better than stores and just as high of quality. At the end the lead technician went through everything they did for the installation, went through TV mount operation and made sure the whole system with all components (sound bar and DVD) were working. They cleaned up all the debris as well. Could not have been happier and would recommend them to others.

Brian was able to combine what I had and gave me suggestions to better things going forward to complete my project. For example, his suggestion for an antenna is a lot better than anything you can purchase at a retail store. Brian was very prompt, professional, and generous with information. Even after he left, he returned text questions that I hadn't thought of while he was at my house.

This past weekend we used “Yes Installation” to install a sound bar to an existing TV. An online request for an estimate, and scheduling an appointment to complete work made the whole process very easy. Brian was the technician who completed the job at hand. He explained everything he was doing in a manner that was easy to understand. He showed us how to operate sound bar from our phones, as well as how to add other speakers in the future. Job was finished in a timely manner. Great company….we definitely recommend and would use again in the future

Brian was the technician that came out to mount my 42" TV on the wall. I was concerned it was too heavy since it's a little old. Brian made sure it was securely mounted. He was on time, friendly, professional and neat. He cleaned up after himself and made sure to patch up any additional holes made on the wall. I took advantage of the Angie's List special of $299, which included the mount and 2 HDMI cables. Very happy with the results.

I am thrilled that I have all the different channels that I do, but the pixels make it difficult to actually see the picture. I have called multiple times to get a receipt and to have them come out and fix the display, and I have not heard from them. Additionally, one of their technicians left a tool kit behind, and no one has called to follow up about that, either.

He arrived on time, We spent so much time making sure we had a good connection we didn't realize the audio wasn't working so I called him back he came back out and discovered my audio cord was damaged, he went out and got one came back in and fixed for me, and didn't charge me for it, Great customer service.
