From the initial consult to the completion of our multiple tree trimming job, Lance and Yes! Trees’ crew were knowledgeable, professional, friendly, and frequently checked in if they had any questions to confirm the trimming was being done as requested as well as a final walkthrough to make sure we were satisfied. All debris was being continuously removed from the property during the trimming process. Yes! Trees will be returning in the fall/winter to complete our oak trimming. Would definitely recommend Yes! Trees for any tree trimming projects!

This was the first time working with YES!Trees. We hired them because the first time we met with Lance, he didn't have a sales pitch approach, explained our options, was very knowledgeable, answered our questions, gave us a high level estimate of cost ( which was very reasonable) & he had a very calm- easy going personality. The crew that came to our house were able to do the project at an earlier date than we expected, that was great. They arrived on time & ready to go. They consulted with us prior to starting work. They were a crew of 4 and ALL of them were friendly, polite, respectful & easy to talk with. They completed the job effectively & cleaned up the worksite before leaving. It's not an easy job but they all worked hard to complete the project & efficiently. They even let us know when they were done, which doesn't always happen with some companies, so we were at least able to thank them face-to-face. We can now enter the driveway without getting a leafy car wash & have a little more sunlight in the backyard without compromising the natural privacy from our giant & less messy maples. Yes! We'd recommend & hire them again.

Lance was the lead and did a good job discussing what I was looking for and gave me a quote on the spot. When he and his crew came as scheduled I ended up expanding the job and they were very flexible - needed to come back a second day due to the expanded job. Lance listened and wanted to make sure I was happy with the way it was going and how it turned out. I would hire them again - very easy to work with and cared that the customer was satisfied with the result.
