Yeti Helpers started in Las Vegas in 2016 under the name Yeti Maids and our original service was (you guessed it) Maids and House Cleaning. As our client base began to grow so did our list of cleaning services. At first, I was very hesitant to the idea of adding other services such as carpet cleaning, tile cleaning, window cleaning, etc etc but our customers were demanding this. One thing I was always taught by my dad was to focus on one thing and do it better than anyone else, so the thought of having extra services scared me a bit. We first added carpet cleaning with one portable unit and did not try to sell this service to any customers, but added as a freebie to anyone that booked a move out cleaning with us. Over the next year, I took every class imaginable to learn everything I could about the chemistry of carpet cleaning as well as the best practices and equipment needed to exceed our client's expectations. During this time it became clear that our clients had been leading us down the right path from the very beginning. We were not just a Maid and House Cleaning Service but we were now a full-service cleaning business, with the most thorough cleaning checklist to ensure we exceeded our client's expectations every time.
