Jerry came out mainly for fixing the walk up to my home. Then in further talking he knew I needed mold removal in a few areas. He also connected me with 2 other guys that performed other services. Very knowledgable and great Customer service I would give him a 10 and his staff, too.

Shortly after I had purchased my home, I had discovered damage done to my foundation. The first contractor I contacted was pushy and wanted me to sign a contract on the spot. I wanted a second opinion and contacted Yoder Home Services. The owner came to my home, did a full inspection of my property and gave a thorough explanation of the work that needed to be done. His quote was $5000 less than the first contractor. The owner and his team were very kind and completed the job as promised. I have noticed a huge improvement of overall air quality in my home since the repairs have been done. I would recommend Yoder Home Services to anyone needing this type of work!

Very prompt initial visit and quote. Came onsite to start project when promised. Crew very professional and included me in discussions about activity. Cleaned area very well at completion of project Jerry initially proposed a different plan to eliminate a water leak compared to several other businesses. Jerry's plan eliminated the need to remove a concrete porch and therefore minimized the overall cost of the project. Very professional business which I would recommend to all. I was very comfortable working with Jerry Yoder and his staff.

We hired Yoder Home Services based on a recommendation to make some necessary basement repairs. Jerry has a very efficient scheduling process in place beginning with an assessment of what needs to be done, an explanation of the expense involved and a notification of the start and anticipated completion of the work. In regard to our project, the cost estimate was fair and the repairs were finished on time as promised! He and his co-workers also did an exceptional job of cleaning the work area upon completion. My husband and I have used various contractors over the years and would rank Yoder Home Services as one of he best we've ever hired. We would, without question, call them again because they've earned and deserve any future business we can refer to them.
