Horrible. Two guys showed up with a 16' truck that they refused to load anything into. Instead, they said they wanted to load everything into our 10' U-Haul then walked off the job, which left us stranded. We hired them with their truck to be able to move the larger furniture but they refused. Instead they lied to their boss, claiming that I called them a racial slur. I NEVER said anything nor would I ever use profanity. These incompetent movers bailed after 20 minutes and expected full pay of a 2 hour minimum plus rental of their truck, which they never used. They expected $200 for 20 minutes of work that had to be redone by the new moving company.

From my first contact with Shawn, everything was professional and courteous, I was given a detailed estimate and a move date. We had a glitch on the moving date at the last minute and Shawn was accommodating and understanding. On move in day, the crew showed up on time and ready to work. Everything went smoothly! They were done in half the time estimated. I would recommend You Got It Movers without hesitation.

These guys are great! They came in, sized up the project, and went to work. We had a lot of heavy furniture and scores of boxes, which they handled with ease. We even moved our hot tub. The destination was located on a severely sloped lot, but they managed it like pros. Would definitely hire them again.

My art glass and special pictures were carefully wrapped and moved without damage. The two movers were efficient and most polite. Work was done without time wasting and yet with care. The bid I was given was almost an exact match to the final cost. Moving is a horrible experience but this company made it so much better than it would have been without their professionalism.

This company moved us from Everett to Olympia without any problems and with courtesy and professionalism. Dan and Allen were friendly, fast, and good-natured. I would not hesitate to hire them again.

Moving company provided 2 trucks and 3 men. It went really well. These employees really know the moving business, are very hard and smart workers, professional, punctual, polite, very cooperative, fast, etc. I highly recommend; could not have been more pleased. One error on our part was packing to many heavy items in the large the Home Depot boxes, which made it more difficult and heavy on the movers. In retrospect, I should have packed less items in the smaller boxes. However, having said this, they men were able to handle this but I could have made it easier for all! The charges I thought were reasonable. No items were damaged or broken, they took care in protecting and securing the items in the truck. Highly recommend; you won't be disappointed. Thanks Billy and team; really appreciate your efforts. We will use them again for our next move. Move took 7 hours which included the travel time.

One of their guys packed some antique glassware and it appeared that he did a wonderful job. However, when it got unpacked, four of these totally irreplaceable glasses were broken. There is no way to file a claim on something that is over 100 years old and you can't buy anymore. There is nothing to do but say okay. It took 2 trips to move me. Part of that a good, at least $400 of the price, was a tip.

We purchased an offer from You Got it Movers. We had 3 movers for 4 hours. I made sure the house was as ready as possible, beds taken apart, everything in boxes. Our team showed up a few minutes late, but I received a phone call from James letting me know. James offered a fourth guy, but after viewing the house himself he decided we didn't need the extra person. The team was amazing, they worked so hard. Asked questions about what needed to go. They did a great job and were able to get everything moved within the timeframe. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

These guys were amazing! They came out did a fair estimate and made an appointment. They were very polite and respectful. When they came on Saturday morning to do the job the loaded everything carefully and fast, even with an added stop at a storage shed. When we had serious car trouble on the way they were very gracious and waited for four hours at our new home for us to get a tow truck. These guys aramazing and I will definatley recommend them to anyone looking for movers! Super satisfied with the job they did!

It went well, I'm satisfied with the service, guys were on time, did not break any of our staff, very professional. They worked hard and I will use them in a very near future, 'cos I've got one more moving planned. I would recommend them to my friends also. The only thing that I do not like, but it's probably common for the entire industry is that they charge not from the time they got to my house, but from the time they leave from their office. The same thing with the return to their office at the end. I think it would be a great selling point for this company to count the time from the actual show up time. For the rest, no complaints, pretty happy

You Got It Movers did an excellent job overall. They showed up right on time and immediately started work. They are clearly professionals as they anticipated next steps and handled a somewhat complicated move with ease. They were friendly and very careful with all items. I was impressed with their ability to move large and heavy items as well. <br /> I would definitely use their service again and highly recommend that. <br />
