listen idk how you could ever give this moving company a bad review ever Mr. Young himself came out ( didn’t expect the owner to move me 🤗)and made my difficult 3 step move a much easier process I was filled lots of anxiety about this move because I had recently divorced from a 9 year marriage and I had to have things split in between two locations that were at quite a distance from each other and the from the main house so I was elated when things went smooth Mr.Young and his crew were so patient and understanding even when things got frustrating and difficult I will never go with any other mover after experiencing the amazing Young Haulerz crew oh and just a lil tidbit they have very fair. Prices for long distance moves 😉 Thank you so much Mr.Young and the Young Haulers crew yall are amazing oh and if you book be sure to tip they deserve it as hard as they have to work to move those heavy items don’t walk run to this crew they will take exceptional care of you and your belongings Book Today!

Ended up paying twice what the contract stated because he increased my price less than 12 hours before the move, despite having agreed to the inventory list and full project scope 1.5 months prior to the move. 12 hours, and I had everything lined up to move on that exact day, so I couldn’t cancel last minute like that and lose the money I’d already paid. And I’d already paid far more than the deposit because he was having financial problems, and I was trying to be nice, expecting him to do a good job for me. Showed up 3+ hours later than he said. Packed a 20 ft truck less than half full and left more than half my items at my old house. I’m sitting in my new house with no bedding and no curtains because they didn’t follow clear, simple instructions. Over $2k for a $1k “flat rate,” surrounded by false promises. Said there would be 3 movers, there were only 2, and the 4 hour trip to deliver items took them 6 hours. And several items were damaged. So I paid TWICE the agreed upon amount for HALF of the move, and now I have to pay someone else to finish the job. I’m literally sick to my stomach over this.

"The only thing extra you had been charged for is the labor I never have an estimate other than the travel rate There’s traffic flux and time zone alterations Those dangerous backroads A lot plays a part in time. Even you smiled in our face and mentioned these same exact factors What we ended up not bringing we had been told to leave . The truck was full and the only thing we ended up not bringing was dresser drawers in which your husband said not to bother with so I think that may be another conversation. You agreed to all of the parameters regardless of what this review says. I cut so many corners to give you a deal even calculated everything with you to confirm in which you did also worked a couple of hours free of charge. 2grand is the total paid and we drove all of 8 hours and you feel like you was overcharged ? That’s 12 hours of labor anybody would’ve charge around 4 ground … thank you for choosing young Haulerz. The worst part is smoking and shaking hands with someone with an ulterior motive 😞"

He was super helpful, efficient, and kind. He was super easy to schedule and communicate with, and he tried to give me the best price possible. I did not realize how far I was asking him to drive, but he drove 85 minutes one-way rather than bailing (which I would have understood).

"Heeii am not really understanding the bad review? I did everything asked and even cheated myself on time because I didn’t want to charge anything you couldn’t afford although the job had added dynamics and we went well past the estimated quote and even in between submitting review we agreed that we would come back that Saturday to move more pieces for free although I typically charge a separate loading/unloading fees for each load. This was understood between both parties so I am slightly taken back by the bad review that you gave after we confirmed what we would be doing next and haven’t even gotten to the completion date agreed upon? And who is the man that said to contact you through here exactly ? I figured you still have my contact info? Also if needed we are still willing to move the rest of your pieces . I appeased in every way I could despite certain conditions and still thank you for choosing young Haulerz for your service needs"
