They brought either the defective or the wrong dishwasher back several times. They finally said they would refund my money. Two days later, they closed their doors. They were allowed to reopen under new youngs appliances but they took my money and took the dishwasher and never returned. He is still profitting from the same name, website and telling a misleading stories to the community. Same owner, telling misleading lies and a total thief whole stole from him own community. Ordered a new Bosch cooktop and paid in full. I was told the item would be delivered in 7-10 days but never heard from Young's again. I left several voicemail messages that were not returned only to discover they are closed.

They're out of business. They took my money for the dishwasher and never delivered before closing their doors. I am on their list of creditors who they intend to pay pennies on the dollar after all their assets are liquidated.

They came out and diagnosed the problem. We had a problem with an old refrigerator, they ice maker and water wouldn’t work. Unfortunately they couldn’t fix it, so we ended up buying a new refrigerator from them.

Did a good job. Arrived on time (actually a day early but I had requested to be moved up on the schedule if possible and when a time freed up they called, we were home, and they came over). The part was ordered and installed the next week. On Budget.

I was given a one hour window of delivery, which was great, and the men were here 10 minutes early. Very professional, careful in my tight home removing old and delivering new refrigerator. Cleaned up after themselves and removed all the packing. I noticed the doors were not even and asked one of the service men to level the fridge and doors. He did. After he left and I loaded in the food, the doors need to be balanced again, so he is coming back. When I called the office, the lady was kind and said Josh will call me back for delivery (or repair) to come back out. I'd say, so far so good.

Their services were very good. It was just a rotor or the wheel, he said it was probably the clutch going on it. He was very honest. I?m bias, I know that they sell them too. He kind of went over if we were to buy, what brands would be good. It was a good investment, we ended up buying a new one anyhow. At least we knew how long we had. It didn?t cost any more than the big deal price of $69. I gave them the credit card, they took it out and the fellow came. I don?t know if we had to sign anything, but he said that?s it we are all set. He did say that it probably wasn?t worth it to fix, by the time you pay for the labor and the parts and everything else. He gave us the right information. <br /> My interactions with them was very good. I know that they are local, they are in Glen Ellyn and have been there for a long, long time. I just figured that if they wanted repeat business that they would be honest with you, and they were. It worked out very good. Everything was fine. They were very professional.
