Ok. I was told two guys were coming. Only one came. He told me he had never installed a Wyze thermostat before. I was A bit concerned. He ended up figuring it out. Nice guy. Would have preferred to have someone who had done this before, especially if they were the only one coming. It worked out ok.

Very professional

Youngstown Comfort Systems was the only local company I could get to come out and take care of an emergency. Owning a double wide, many local companies do not want to work on them, or underneath, I should say. A raccoon became lodged in part of my duct system. The rather large critter died, leaving a horrible smell and messed up my duct work. The guys found where the raccoon was, got it out, and repaired everything that was destroyed. Not one local company would help me, until I called Youngstown Comfort Systems. Not only did they remove the deceased animal for free, they drove all the way from Leetonia to Howland just to help me, after a long day of work. Because of this great customer care, I had other duct work completed. I am extremely grateful for their help. Not many companies will go out of their way for you anymore. They have a great team there. Thank you guys!

Such a fantastic experience! After having bad experiences with other companies, I’m in awe of Youngstown Comfort Systems. Ken came out for an estimate in one day, diagnosed the problem, and came out two days later and not only installed a new A/C system, but moved it to a new preferred location! His workers are kind, and wonderful — strong worth ethic. Ken was easy to get ahold of and responded quickly. All of them are excellent, and I will never use another company again for our heating/cooling systems! Such good people and over the top excellent company.

Amazing, owner Ken, not only called me right back on a Sunday night. But came out on Memorial Day, needed new unit, ours was about 25yrs old, gave us great price, wonderful warranty and will be installing tomorrow (Wednesday) that’s efficient, he was owner, which I really liked.

Ken takes great pride in his work and it shows after seeing the completed job. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. Youngstown Comfort Systems will be my go to for my future heating and A/C projects.

Fantastic! Ken was our second estimate, and WHAT a difference. We knew there was a leak in the system that was on 3 1/2 years old, but the previous company wanted more than triple the cost of three pounds of refrigerant. Further cost was a $300 diagnostic test to locate the leak and at least $500 to repair it. Ken made the same diagnosis, charged $30/lb for the 3 lbs needed to recharge the system and $175 to put in a leak stop chemical to stop the leak. The difference between $350 and $1000 was VERY welcome. Highly recommend Ken and Youngstown Comfort Systems. He's rebuilding his father's business and we will call him back for future work.

Amazing. They showed me what needed to be done. Took me through the process and got to work. They did everything and cleaned up after themselves. Didn't rush through the job. Most of all the pricing was affordable.

Fantastic. He came right out within an hour of the call. Figured out the problem, ordered the part, came back out and have it installed and have it running in a couple of hours. Very reasonable.
