I initially thought these were really nice guys. However, they did very poor work, did not complete the job, and will not return calls. If you choose to use them, get every detail in writing; watch them while they work; do not pay anything until you carefully check the work and are fully satisfied. Also, notice that the business card, estimate and phone number you will be given do not match. The phone number on the business card does not have voice mail and will not be answered. The other number (for Andrew) will only be answered if he feels like it. See if you can get a physical address so that you can go after them if they cheat you. There is no physical address on the invoice, or the business card. Angie should dump these guys.
