"Hello [Member Name Removed] in 2 decades of doing air conditioning work for thousands of people you and your husband took advantage of me by installing and using my honey well pro 6000 Tstat for two months you said you didn't have the money for it so I let you use it until you can pay. Then you call be back after in your home 2 months to remove because you bought one from Home Depot. So I go pick it up no problem. Then I go to this water leak issue I cleaned the drain line yes then the coil froze I came back told you it needed 3 pounds r-22 freon what happen next was that you got very angry started cursing at and my employee I refunded all $ and left! Tell the truth !!!!!!! That's exactly what happened"
