These are the best AC guys in Orlando. They show up when they are supposed to, get the job done right, and charge reasonable prices. I have used them for almost 15 years and I always recommend this company to anyone needing AC repairs or replacement.

I contacted the company because I had water where you change the air filter, I was Quoted $75 service fee plus any extras based on the problem. They came out and told me it is probably the drain line and they will clean it, cost only $20 extra and service call. He did not check anything else and said if I see water inside again to just call them. <br />  2 days later checked and water was there again, today 4/16/15 they came back out and told me I am low on freeon and will be $60 per pound and will need about 7 lbs and service fee and of course I was a little shocked as they did not estimate the problem in the 1st place and tried to charge me 2 times for service call. He got upset about what I said and said he will leave. I didn't see a problem with that as there are plenty of A/C companies out there but I asked for refund on my payment for 4/10/15 and fortunately I did get refunded. <br /> I would never use  them again. <br /> Such rude person. <br /> <br />

In 2010 when Your A/C Guy installed my new Carrier system I had just found out I could get a large rebate from the state for replacing my old system but the deadline was looming. By the time I hired Will time was running out. He put in a Herculean effort to get it done on time, including working till 10pm on the day of install to finish it up. Inspection and county approval went well. He and his crew are very professional and clean up after themselves. <br /> This year when I needed to get a new water heater I had to hire Will to come fix the mistakes the plumbers I hired made while attempting to re-attach the ECU. Another efficient job! <br />

Their response was very speedy. Will did our air handler and prep before we put up ceilings, then returned to place the condenser. I called him at 5:30 the day we had power. He called me back that night, and had the whole system started up the next day. I will use this company again.
