Cory and Lonnie installed a shower for me and I am so glad I decided to move forward with the project! They cleaned up my house better than I do! It was a white glove service! Anna and Greg checked in throughout the entire project to make sure I was satisfied. I will definitely be using them again for my next bathroom remodel!

Not a business to deal with. Contracted with Your Bath and Kitchen to install a small shower enclosure in a bathroom I was remodeling. I paid half up front, on a contract that said the work would be completed in one day within 3 weeks. Here is my experience: Signed the contract on 9/2/2020. After numerous phone calls and various excuses, the workers showed up on 10/21/2020 to start the work. Actually, they showed up at the wrong house because the address was incorrect on the contract. The job included removing the existing drain pan, installing a new drain pan and shower walls. The project ended up taking two days, because the first work crew did not know how to modify the drain to install the drain pan. Another person showed up that evening and installed the drain pan. The install crew came back the next day to finish the installation. As soon as the workers left the house, I received a call asking for payment by credit card. I said that I would pay by check. I was told that they do not do business that way. Nobody does. He also and implied that he did not trust I was going send the check. So, after being insulted, and due to the length of time to complete the job, I said I would send a check in the same time frame it took to complete the job. He said payment was due upon completion of the job and they would stop by to pick up the check. I am putting the property on the market and live in another county and will not send a check until I inspect the work. He said that he would call the police and sue me for breach of contract. I sent the check by certified mail the next day with return receipt but will NOT use these people again and will NOT have anything positive to say if someone is looking for a recommendation. My advice: Do not waste your time with this company. Here is my experience regarding their contract and failure to live up to the terms: There was no invoice number on the invoice to refer to for payment. Terms of the contract were 2 -3 weeks, with a length of the job to be one day. The contract was signed on September 2, 2020, not 8/2/2020 as entered on the Invoice. It took seven weeks to start the work on October 22, 2020. It then took two days to complete the job since the original crew could not install the drain pan. All debris was to be taken from the property. The debris was left in a pile in the driveway. I had just painted the ceiling in the adjoining room used by the crew as a work space. I had to repair two dings in the ceiling after they left. It looks they were caused by the corner of a panel. Also, while I cannot say this was a result of abuse, I needed to replace the door latch on the front door because it was broken by one of the workers. My advice: Do not waste your time with this company.

The guys that did the work did not bring a fan to suck the dirt and dust out of the window. They asked if I had a window fan, I did not so they ran my exhaust fan in the bathroom and sucked all the dirt into the small vent pipe to the outside. Clogged everything with ceramic and drywall dirt. Looked OK after install, but a few months later water was coming up thru the floor tile in bathroom. They sent someone out to fix the problem. He re-caulked everything and tightened the floor drain in the shower. Worked OK until now, which is three years after install. Work and material is supposed to be under warranty for 5 years. Have water coming thru drywall outside the shower and has warped the wall molding on floor. Have not used the shower in nine weeks now. Have emailed the company, left messages on the phone, talked to several employees etc. They all say the owner will call back, have even emailed back to say they would contact me on Monday and talked to another employee on Friday and he said he was sorry and would have someone call me right away. Guess what-NO CALL. I looked at their web site to see about reviews and it seems if they get a bad review, that person is not in their database. I bet I am, cause I could provide contracts and check numbers of the checks I wrote to them on the day the work was completed. Very disappointed!

HORRIBLE! Signed contract 2/18, started project 6/18, finished 11/18. Paid company $10,000 months before project was complete. Most dishonest company my husband and I have ever encountered. Owner blames our experience on subcontractor, however, if owner cared about us and keeping a good reputation for he and his company, he would have sent another subcontractor immediately and did whatever needed to get our renovation completed, per terms of contractor. The only thing the owner takes responsibility of is taking your $. Employees quit left and right and are harassed while trying to do their job. Contractors tell the truth about the way this company is ran and owner constantly calls contractors trying to get them to rush through your job to get to the next to make him $....just pure greed. Client always feels the “drama”! Owner is very greedy and will harass and bully if you don’t cooperate. Because I have been the one to leave reviews, he emails my husband w/comments about me and trying to turn my husband against me. My husband sent him an email asking for reimbursement for flooring we paid for, which he eventually did pay after we asked several times. In that email my husband said we were “good” after we received our reimbursement....he meant for that particular situation, not the way we were treated as clients. This company needs professionalism and learn to treat their clients w/the respect they deserve for the $ clients pay this company. If my review can save 1 family from the stress that our family lived for months, then I have achieved the end result!

They did a super job. Mark, who was the lead installer was very accommodating and easy to work with, as well as Greg the owner.
