It went very well. Kim showed up on time and was very efficient and knowledgeable with what needed to be done. She had all the programs needed to perform the work and answered any questions I had during the process.

She did a great job. Everything was set up perfectly. In the course of her work, she notices that one of my laptops didn't have the anti virus software installed, the way I had thought it was installed. She repaired that also free of charge. <br />

Didn't have laptop very long - maybe less than a day. Answered questions and wrote stuff down. She sent a discount thank you card in the mail too. Nice not having to drop it off anywhere. <br /> Very nice to deal with. Will definitely call again.

It went very well. Rather than sitting in my house to do the work, she took my computer with her (it's a laptop). She was extremely polite and explained things in a way I could understand. She dropped the computer off and just happened to save my life by hearing me call for help in a medical emergency and took the initiative to call 911.
