Your Denver Metro Construction, (Lucy Hastings) was highly recommended to me by a colleague in the real estate industry. When I contacted Lucy about our concrete job, she responded very quickly and provided me with photos of recent work along with a list of references to contact. That really impressed me, as I've never worked with a contractor who provided that information upfront. <br /> <br />She and I corresponded for about a week discussing the scope of work, and I provided photos and some basic measurements for her to give me a and quot;ballparkand quot; figure for the cost of the job. Once I decided to hire her, she came to the house to see the job in person, take measurements and discuss some of the design elements of the patio and front stoop. Once we finalized our contract, her foreman got started on the work right away, he and his crew had the work done within one week and it turned out very well. As with any project there were a few minor bumps and small delays, but they worked through it, communicated very well and did a fantastic job. I have used Your Metro Denver Construction multiple times. Yesterday, I had them do some dry wall work for me that included framing and grinding down some bolts. They did an excellent job and was very professional. I always know I can call them when I need work done! In the past they took a wall out for me between my living room and kitchen. It looks awesome! In fact, they gave me a suggestion of a way to finish it which looks so much better than my original idea. I have also used them multiple times for little projects. They do quality work, very responsive, clean up well....all good things to say, <br />

Lucy provided estimates, signed contracts, and completed all the work in one week. It was amazing! The new stamped-concrete patio and sidewalk are beautiful; we couldn't be happier. Our deck is larger and has a whole new look - it looks like a brand new deck! Lucy's crew got all the work done in four days, and kept us informed every step of the way. I would highly recommend her company for any home projects you are considering.

They called to asked if they could 30 min. early. when they arrived they laid down traps thru the house to the attic opening. they then sealed around the pipes that came thru the ceiling.  They then blow in the insulation,built walls around the opening of the attic so when we have to open it the insulation won't fall out. They then took pictures of before and after for us to see. They carefully removed the tarps and then  they vacuumed the carpet around where the tarp laid. <br />

Metro Construction is an all around fabulous company to work with!!  They replaced our roof in July 2013.  The sales person, project manager and crew were all around professional and wonderful to work with.  The work was done in a timely and well manner.  Since last summer we have contracted with Metro again to replace all of the windows in our home this spring and paint the exterior of our home this summer.  The windows are very good quality and the price was very comparable to the other bids we received.  The crew that installed the windows did a great job and again were very professional and cleaned up very well after the job was done.  The paint crew that painted our home were very meticulous and detailed.  I would definitely recommend Metro Construction to any one needing home renovations done! <br />

The work was done by sub-contractors, supervised by a Metro supervisor who was very responsive.  First, the supervisor worked with our insurance company to agree on a price for the roofing, which took care of the full roofing job, less the deductible, which we paid.  We also upgraded the shingle style at our cost.  <br /> The job was done in two long days and the workmanship was excellent, with one exception:  One of the roofers used long nails over the eves, punching through exposed eve surfaces, leaving long nails exposed and splintering the wood on about half of our eves.  The other half of the eves were boxed in and were not a problem.  Metro hired another sub contractor to come back and cut off the nails and sand and caulk the splintered surfaces so that they are prepared for painting, which we planned to do soon.  The repair work was done in a timely fashion. <br /> The roofers installed several roof vents, metal flashing all around, and painted all exposed metal vents and flashing to match the roof color.  There were some broken siding shingles at the roof-siding junction, which we will need to replace.  <br /> A separate sub-contractor removed and installed our gutters and down spouts in one day, and did an excellent job.  They are very solid and look neat and professional.  <br /> The Metro supervisor stayed with the project until we were satisfied and was very responsive. <br />

They came in on budget and it was less expensive than any other estimates that I had.

They are a wonderful company. Lucy Hastings runs it and in the past when we had enough snow she would come in and plow out the snow and shovel our walk and do everything she could and would also call and remind me. She is a wonderful person to deal with and she does what she says and has a very professional crew working for her. Their price was a fraction of the other companies. They had the roof up and on within a day and it's been fine ever since. She was also perfectly willing to work with us on price and very, very, good to deal with. We've had "0" problems with the roof.

I initially called Your Denver Metro Construction in order to get a quote on a stairway leading from my driveway and garage, which are below grade, up a hill to the front entrance. The company's President, Lucy Hastings, made an appointment with me for a project walk-thru and arrived as scheduled with her concrete foreman in order to discuss my options. After describing my ideas to her, she and her crew chief formulated a plan and even made several helpful suggestions that would enhance the overall appearance and stability of the stairway. She provided me with a very reasonable quote for project by late the same day, which I agreed to, and the work was scheduled to being the following Monday. The project began on time and was completed on time with Lucy overseeing every aspect of its progression. I was so impressed by the ongoing communication, quality of workmanship, and adherence to schedule that I decided to hire Your Denver Metro Construction to build three decks that I was originally planning on building myself. I'm happy to say that those decks were completed in the same manner as the concrete work and exceeded my expectations as well. All of the workers were professional, conscientious, hard-working, and took pride in their work. They left the work site clean and took all unused material and construction debris with them when they left. In addition to the reasonable price, given the high quality of materials and workmanship, I was especially impressed by the fact that the company's President was on site daily to oversee the work, communicated frequently, and walked through the entire completed project with me (level in hand) to make certain that I was satisfied in every regard. <br />

We had wind damage and they contacted insurance for us.  They promised to do the job for the estimate insurance provided and they did, in the end we only paid our deductible.  They were quick once insurance agreed to cover it. (Insurance of course was slow)  They did the whole roof from start to finish in a day(which also included shoveling a lot of snow off the roof that hadn't melted yet) and cleaned up well when they finished.  Overall they were great.  We're very happy with the new roof.  We'd highly recommend them.

They were very professional.  They did exactly what they said they would do.  They worked with us on price because we could not afford to do at all right then and it was fine with them.  I had to contact them and had them come out and finish the rest of it.  They were just wonderful to work with.  I was very pleased with them.  I would use their service in the future too.
