All went well - except that the hot water heater had to be reinstallled because it was first installed with the existing metal drip pan, which was too small

Calculations that went into the size of the system were good, price ok. What wasn't discussed was that the model selected sounded like a jet engine when it was on, and there was no middle ground, it was always off or on (loud or silent). They replaced two smaller furnaces with one larger one. In the location where one was removed, but not replaced, the workers left the cap off the exhaust vent cap off. We did not find out until the winter when heavy rains started and water leaked into the area below. I understand they're not roofers and why they didn't patch the roof, but they could have at least secured the cap that was already there.

There was a two week delay without hearing from them after contracts were signed, but it all worked out well when Geno came out with the new air conditioner and installed it in record time!

Your Energy Source (YES) was one of 4 companies we had bid on our new furnace. We chose them because they provided the best value for our money. They gave us a 95% eff furnace for about the same price that some were quoting their entry-level 80% eff furnace. And they even lowered the price to match the closest competitor. As for the work done, YES was on-time and the work looks good. Only a couple of minor pet peeves prevent me from giving them 5 stars. They picked an odd location for an added register (probably because it was easy). But overall we're happy.

Excellent, professional service. Thorough inspection of my home, including room measurements and observation of air flow, by a trained professional who was also very personable. Recommendation of furnace size, with an explanation of the recommendation and factors that could cause the home's heating needs to change. Friendly, efficient finance services. Workmen showed up promptly for the installation, work was completed on time and at the estimate given, and the work area was left in clean condition. My furnace is so quiet you don't even know it's running, and it heats efficiently. Really, I could not have asked for a better experience.

They did a good job. We met w/ Mike and he went over all the details of what it was we needed, helped us calculate the btu amt that we needed for our home using a computer program. The guys came out to install our new furnace and they did a fine job w/ the instillation. They left the job site looking clean. The ducts were tucked up tightly to our basement ceiling as requested. We are pleased with the job done.

They were not the least expensive, but I liked the service offered.

1) I went with this company because they seemed knowledgeable and concerned about staying in business for the long term and they have their own installers. This was not the lowest price I got but it was the lowest that seemed consistent with doing the work properly. They moved fast to get the system installed before the holidays. At first the system would not turn on, but they returned and got it working. It runs well now but is still noisier than I would like, but maybe I will get used to that.

The actual work appears good but time estimate for project installation was off (took 30 days rather than estimated 7-10 days).

Comany didn't "pre-site" the job and jut turned up (unexpectedly) on the first day. System took way longer to install than planned, and didn't work correctly at the end. The air purifier was incorrectly wired causing excessive dangerous ozone production. The two stage thermostat was wired single stage (and then stage 2 not stage one, so regualtion was non-existent), plus other faults that were corrected. The only thing that was fast was Mr. Smith's threatening phone calls for money at the end!

We are very pleased with our HVAC system installed. The workers were polite and efficient. The only problem we had was that they promised it would be installed in 3 days but acutally took one week to complete the project. The sales manager(Kevin) was quite a talker and really pushed the sale and praised and owner (Kyle) but we found out later that they are actually brothers, the sales did not sound like it. We did not recieve the names of references we asked for to call either.

The sales rep was very knowledgeable and patient. He immediately answered all my phone calls. They have a great process, so it's not one person handling everything. Their technicians completed the project in a day and a half.

While they seemed very professional I had two problems which took a while to resolve. 1. My A/C unit had a UV light attached. It took them over a month to get it working properly. 2. The installation didn't pass city inspection the first time. I would have expected the YES to know the codes. Evidently the installers didn't. I must comment that even though I had these problems their staff was always courteous and friendly even after they had the check.

He was very professional and detailed. We like his candidness and he was the only one who took measurements of the house and showed us certificates and other documents.

Staff were professional, did good, fast work.

These guys did a cut-in on our old house. They were on-time, worked quickly, cleaned up after themselves, finished ahead of schedule and all for a fair price. Since I'm not an expert, I'm not qualified to judge the workmanship, but the heater has worked great since we turned it on 1 month ago and all seems fine.

Complete Furnace and AC reinstall was done. It took a little longer than expected to complete but the end result is great. Eric is a very detail oriented installer and did a great job. I have a home full of kids and the installers were great in handling my situation.

Although chose this vendor based on presentation and understanding of job. Contractor/installer was sloppy, messy, made a rush to complete which has made long string of call backs. Clean-up was atrocious. Not finished yet and not paid yet either! ! !

Several promises made by sales person that were not fulfilled by the contractor, including straightening out ducts (not done), pouring a pad to place condensor in a diff location (removed a shelf to allow install), install promised within 1 week, it took 3, sealing of the air plenum (not done) and a check of the air balance (Didn't happen). Installers added a return and did a nice job, however the original (reinstalled) air return looks like crap. Missing screws, misaligned, unsealed. They should be making sure that their sales people do not provide things that their contractors can not/will not do. I would not do business with them again.

Did a great job!

They did a great job with the windows and patio door. It would have been nicer however, if they had washed the windows too as I am disabled and have great difficulty doing it as well as not having a tall enough ladder to wash the outsides of the bathroom windows. Hate looking through dirty hand-prints.

Excellent workmanship in installing the windows. Took from April to July to make/deliver, but I was not in a hurry. Overall and excellent impression of the company
