<p>They spent the first two days of the exterior paint job preparing, replacing rotted wood, removing loose paint, and caulking.  This is the most important part, to insure the paint job lasts.  Did a great job, house looks good.  They also did some interior drywall repair and painting.  They made sure everything was covered so that no paint got on anything.  The attention to detail, and careful preparation was impressive.  I would recommend them to anyone needing a painter.</p> <br />

Our realtor referred him to us and we are so glad we listened to her.  He was so easy to work with.  David knew we had a budget and couldn't go over it.  He made it work.  They started the day after the closing and I told them we only had 10 days to get all of it done.  Our son was coming home from deployment for Christmas and I wanted it completed. This crew went above and beyond getting all of this work done in the amount of time I gave them.  David and his crew were very professional and easy to work with. I am 100% satisfied with the work that David did. His communication prior to arriving was done via email, scheduling was fast and easy. Knowing this was a small job, I offered him several days and times to choose from, and he arrived promptly when he said he would.  David prepared the area prior to beginning his work, including covering the floors from the front entrance all the way to the room he was working on.  He communicated well throughout the job and was professional and friendly.  Excellent work, I hope to use him again in the future to repaint a different room in the house.  <br />

<p>David and his crew were very professional, punctual and do quality work. The property looks amazing, the crew took great care in draping and taping everything so none of the original 1950's hardwoods were in danger of damage. His quote was very fair for the work performed, and it only took his crew about 2.5 days to complete the job. He was very detail oriented and made sure to remove the 100's of nails that the tenant left in the walls, repaired any drywall damage and other minor areas that needed touching up. </p> <p>David went a step farther and contacted an electrician friend of his when my husband discovered an electrical issue and needed it repaired ASAP. </p> <p>Overall this was an amazing experience and I highly recommend Your Next Painter. We will be using David and his crew again when we need the exterior of our two homes painted.</p> 8 <br />

David sanded, restained and UV coated our solid wood front door. It was a two day process, and all work was very neat and clean. <br /> We could not be happier with the outcome, as the front door now looks brand new. <br />

From the the first visit to obtain an estimate to the finished walk around they were professional, friendly and obviously took pride in the work they do. The prep work, cleaning and caulking was amazing. The paint job perfect and final detailing was outstanding. For the price and quality of the service I could not be happier. I'll have them back for some interior work this fall. <br /> <br /> We had David and his crew back out to do another job in December. This time it was for interior repairs. They caulked, repaired dry wall cracks and painted as well as refinished cabinet under kitchen sink. Great job again. The crew, Doug and Tyse both very courteous and friendly. Excellent performance all around.

Dave and his crew did a great job. Very professional and excellent work on all levels. I have always hired cheapo painters who finish the job in a day or a little more and the finished product always stinks. Dave had 3-4 guys working 8 hours a day for 4 days. It cost a little more, but the price was more then fair for the quality of work that his team did. I will use them again and would highly recommend them.

They were excellent. They were efficient. They came in. They were helpful. They cleaned up everything. They did a really good work. We got them on Angie's List and we were really pleased with him. They're very friendly and professional. The money is worth for the outcome. They were really good. I would have them back in a minute.

I am about to put my house on the market, and knew I needed to spend a little money to get it looking ship shape.  I needed some old foundation cracks in my drywall repaired, some rotten siding replaced, some rodent damaged siding replaced, and all those areas repainted. Two external doors also needed to be adjusted due to prior foundation work.  Along with that, I needed an entire interior repaint for the walls and trim. <br /> I called David, the owner, based on the "A" performance and reviews I found on Angie's List, and he agreed to come out and meet promptly for an estimate.  David quickly estimated, and got me a price a few days later.  At the same time, I contacted two other similar "A" rated vendors that I found, and had them come out as well.  One gave me an estimate, but was unable to do the door and exterior work I needed (they said that I would need to contact multiple vendors).  And the other flat refused to do the external siding repair unless I did an entire exterior repaint.  They said they could not repair the doors either.  I chose David because he recommended simple solutions for the exterior work, was able to repair one door for me, and replace another, and do all the interior paint and repair work needed.  His price was not as cheap as the other vendor, but he was able to do ALL the work, and it was worth the small amount of extra price for the convenience of not having to coordinate three companies. <br /> The work was excellent.  Crews showed up on time.  Covered and cleaned everything.  I stayed out of the house because of the paint smell, and they left their tools and supplies overnight.  I even gave David a key to the house, and he and the crew entered and locked up every day for a week while I was at work (I never actually saw them doing work, it was done while I was away).  Nothing was stolen, my neighbors said they were respectful and David kept me informed whenever I asked.  They finished on time, with the exception of a door that took longer than expected (not David, or Your Next Painter's fault, but the door manufacturer's back order).  The day the door came in, they were back to my house, and finished the job. <br /> I couldn't be happier with the result.  The house looks great, and I hope to sell it quickly for a good price.  I would definitely recommend them, and may even use them again for my new house (I'm moving locally).

Punctual, precise, professional: they arrived when they said they would, did exactly what was promised (+ a bit David had noticed when bringing over materials and that he did just because it helped the appearance) <br /> Highly recommend. I will use them again! <br /> <br />

Dave's guys did an excellent job.  He had one team that removed the wallpaper and prepared the walls the first day.  The next day the texture guys did all of the texturing. on the third day the painting was done, and the fourth and final day was for touch up.  All of Dave's people were extremely professional and courteous.  They worked efficiently and neatly. <br /> We were very happy with the experience and the end result. <br />
