"We were twenty minutes late on day one and the customer was called before eight to let her know that was the situation. On day two, the customer had us change our schedule around to suit her and we did, even though we were scheduled to show at eight. We did excellent work, as usual."
"It's always great to get an A grade a couple of months after the job was finished. That just means that we left a nice impression. We also love in and out bathroom jobs. Thank you for the kind words."
"What a nice review. This customer was a pleasure to work for. We look forward to seeing her in the future."
"Unfortunately, one of our painters lost his uncle suddenly and couldn't do the job. This had us scrambling because we have a heavy workload. In the end, we got the job done and the customer is happy. These folks were a pleasure to work for and we are proud that we could make their kitchen look brand new with a little bit of paint and tile."
"This customer is very kind. I love to hear that our guys were professional. That makes all of the difference in the world. She also took advantage of our half/day and full/day handyman deal."
"One of our employees didn't realize he had something scheduled with his child for that Saturday morning, and we were completely booked. We just couldn't find someone to take his place. It's a shame that this happened. I am a little confused at the Angie's List report card. Out of five categories we received A's, yet our total report is a B. That doesn't seem right. This customer was a pleasure to work for. Hopefully we will see her again."
"These are really nice people to do work for. It's always nice to work in the neighborhood."
"The key factor here was that we listened to the customer's wishes. She is aware that her deck is a little older and will eventually need to be replaced. We were able to give her a few more years before that happens. I will be glad to work for this person again."
"It's always great to get work in the Beverly neighborhood. It is our back yard, so to speak. This customer was very sweet. We wish all of our jobs were like this."
"This customer was very pleasant and nice to work for. Plus they are neighborhood people which is always great"
"I know what your thinking - These guys move furniture too? Actually, we get people who ask us to make small moves for them all the time, and we will gladly do it. Hopefully you're as nice as the two ladies who asked us to move these items. They were a joy to work for. They really pushed the meaning of "Yeah, we do that.""
"These two are fun people to work for. Always greet you with a smile, offer you drinks, and let you know that you're important to them. Can't wait to come back."
"This person was a dream to work for. I wish all customers were like her and her son. They were polite, complimentary, and were available to ask questions while we completed their tasks."
"We performed several tasks for this person and one of them turned out poorly. I could point out that the customer scrubbed the original grout work that we did with a cleaning agent the night we put it in, or that she has had several people in to do work for her and has complained about all of them, but where will that get us? In the end you just cant please some people."
"We love working for this customer. She and her daughter are nice and respectful. It's customers like this that will make us miss Angie's List."
"I'm not too sure what this is about. We haven't performed any current work for him and he gave us great reviews on past work."
"Im not sure how this is a C rating when we got three A's a B and a C. That averages out to a B. With regards to the installation, we had to core through a brick wall. Our usual price is $300.00 and we charged $265.00"
"It was a pleasure working for this person"
"THIS MEMBER HAD A JOB DONE BY ANOTHER COMPANY THAT WAS SUB-PAR. SHE CALLED US TO EXTEND HER GUTTERS, BUT THAT DIDN'T SOLVE HER PROBLEM. THE ONLY THING THAT WILL SOLVE HER PROBLEM IS TO GET NEW GUTTERS AND DOWNSPOUTS. Matthew Baffoe-Owner"
"This customer left a message on Sept 1 that he was having problems with the work we did. We contacted him that day to let him know that his work was under warranty and that we would gladly come out to fix any problems he had. He stated that he didn't want us to come out. Originally, He was informed that fixing the wax ring on the toilet might not fix his problem. We reset his toilet and fixed his tile floor for two hundred dollars. I'm not sure why he has given us an F on price. I can understand him being upset that the wax ring didn't fix his problem, but we should at least be allowed to come and honor our warranty."
"A great guy to work for."
