BEWARE of Z&C Service, LLC., owned by Hugo Zanabria. He lied about being licensed, bonded and insured. He presents as an upstanding, churchgoing, family man, but he is a crook and a scam artist!! I hired Hugo for a basement project. He will start a project and leave it incomplete. He came multiple times to beg for money in advance of the work (ABSOLUTELY NEVER PAY HIM OR ANY CONTRACTOR IN ADVANCE!!). Then he calls out multiple times a week. Your project will never get finished. You'll end up contacting another contractor to complete the work. The worse part is, I have his teams phone numbers. I recently contacted one of them to assist with a small project, and he explained to me that Hugo never paid him for the work he completed at my house! Hugo told him that the owner never paid him, so he could not pay them. He pocketed all of the money for their work. I was horrified! I had to show him (the team member), the receipts of Hugo being paid, and photos of the unfinished work.

This account belongs to an individual who is usurping the name of my company. I am not responsible for any actions, agreements, or contracts they may enter into. I contacted the administrators of this page to notify them of this matter, but I never received a response.

Never returned to complete the work. Be aware!!! He make a lot of promises but FAILED!
