Jeff and his staff number one, show up exactly when they say they will. #2. They saved out home from a botched contractor job. #3. They are seriously the fastest, most efficient company we have ever hired. #4. They have done four jobs for us and I would give 10 stars for every one of them. #5. They completely clean entire area and you have no idea they have been there except the beautiful lighting throughout your home that allows you to finally be able to enjoy. #6. It is not that they are "more" expensive than other companies, electrical work is tedious and has to be meticulously complete so electric will always cost money, use this company and there will be NOT one worry if it was done correctly or not. I would recommend them to ANYONE.

They were here within an hour of contacting them. Tech explained what he was doing to find problem and had it corrected within minutes. Price was right and service was exceptional. I will call them for any electrical needs I have in future. Wonderful experience overall.

Called late on Wednesday afternoon and left a message stating my problem. Jeff returned my call within 15 minutes . He was very professional and asked me to e-mail pictures of the breaker so he could make sure and have the correct parts which I did. He asked if this was an emergency as he could come right away after hours or I could save money if I waited until Thursday which I agreed to as this was not an emergency. Thursday Jeff called to give me the option of either having a new breaker installed or having a used breaker he had installed at a considerable savings. I chose the used. Less than twenty minutes later Greg arrived and installed the breaker. Greg spent the time to show me where the connections on the old breaker were badly burned and how he would clean the connections before installing the replacement. I was impressed by his friendly demeanor and can do attitude. On top of it all he called Jeff and they agreed to give me a 10% discount for finding them on Angies List.

Needed to have a purchased 2-light security light installed in our backyard with power run to it. Jeff came out and did the work quickly, on time and below the estimate. He also advised on some structural repairs that are needed elsewhere in the backyard, offering some much-appreciated contractor recommendations. Another job well done!

Jeff the owner was very prompt in returning my original phone call and in coming over to give me a quote. I was amazed at how busy his company was but if you want good workers you have to be willing to wait for them and in this case he was scheduled two weeks out. Electricians arrived first thing on the agreed upon day, they were well prepared with all the needed supplies. A trencher arrived just when needed to dig the ditch over to the RV right after they had completed tunneling 30 feet under the concrete drive with PVC pipe. Newly installed drop worked correctly on first try and, the cost was under the original estimate.

Jeff answered the phone and made an appointment with me immediately for the same day. He arrived with his wife and son who were very nice. He looked at the electrical panel to try to figure out why we kept having a short in one of the breakers. He said it didn't look like anything was causing it and that particular breaker didn't appear to go to anything. So he left that breaker off and everything has been fine since then. He came back another day to add an outlet in the bedroom, which took him a very short time - so short that it didn't seem like I should have to pay for an hour's work, especially after paying $50 for him to just look at the breakers and tell me nothing was wrong. But he did a good job and he did it quickly, and he didn't try to scam me into spending money that I didn't need to so that's fine. <br /> The reason I gave him an F for professionalism was because after he installed the electrical outlet, he and his wife told me how they lost so much weight in the past week from a new product that de-acidifies your body. He invited me to learn more about it at an upcoming meeting. When I couldn't make it, he started calling me more frequently and pushing the "doctor" who developed it on me, having her call me too. It ended up that she was only a representative as well so the whole thing was some kind of pyramid scheme that suckers people with no scientific background into spending lots of money on useless diet pills. After he sent me multiple very long texts, one at inappropriate time of day, and I demanded that he never contact me again. <br /> Bottom line ... Jeff is a good electrician, but if he starts to talk to you about weight loss, just say no thank you very strongly, letting him know that you mean it. <br />

When I presented you with the information, you said it didn't have any documentation and requested I contact you again with proper documentation. I had my representative AND one of the many doctors on the staff contact you. I then sent you the documentation you requested. I contacted you a total of 3 times as shown here. None of these contacts were not made to you without you requesting them. Yes, this is another business I am involved in. I am very proud and happy to be able to help people, including those with health and dietary issues like yours. If you truly didn't want the help you asked of me you should have never asked. When I presented you with the information you requested, instead of accepting my help and actually reading the material, you lashed out at me in your text to me and now you are doing it here too. I'm sorry that I offened or angered you in any way, but the information I had for you on trying to help you is factual and true."

<p>When another electrician did the job he could not get the power back on in the master bedroom. Geoff from Yuma Electric responded to the call in a very timely manner. I was impressed with his detailed knowledge of the electrical system of that home of that year. He knew that AFCI's were not required during that time, but todays codes had changed. He knew what unit to purchase to make it compatible with the older home but bring it up to code without re-wiring the home. </p> <p>He explained everything in detail to the home owner and myself. He even text me documents explaining the importance of the AFCI </p> <p>His service impressed me to where I will refer him and his company anytime and I will definitely use him again during my real estate career. Job Well Done. </p> <br />
