Outstanding! Michael was very responsive and communicated well. We walked through the project and when he felt the work was unwarranted then he would recommend not doing the work. As work proceeded Michael always sought our approval for anything not agreed upon or changes. Work was completed in a timely manner! I would recommend YUSAW 100%

He's a good guy and did a good job. But when he put the dishwasher in, the dishwasher is coming out. He tried to put double side tape to hold it in place. It's still coming out. But other than that it is working, just not in place.

"First and foremost I just want to thank you for the review. I apologize about my work. The dimensions of the new dishwasher were different in depth and because of that the dishwasher protrudes the counter slightly. The solid granite countertop you have is not able to be drilled into to secure the appliance because it is too close to the edge of the countertop and will chip. I went to several stores and at floor and decor I purchased a conversion kit that turns the mounting brackets instead of being screwed into the bottom of the counter it uses an adhesive tape. I did everything I could sir and apologize for the finished product. I aim to satisfy Any and all my customers. As a military vet I pride myself on my ethic. Again. I apologize for the finished product."
