Interior Painting or Staining
I was going to paint my living room myself while I had some time off work, after day 1 I realized It was not a job for me. Reached out to Angi and was connected with Z-Man as a possible match. Spoke with Rudy and the very next day his wife Carol came out to start the job. I explained I had a small window to get this done and I have to tell you they exceeded my expectations BIG time. Never really hired out doing something like this.. They have earned a repeat customer today that is for sure.. just an overall great experience!!!

Basement Remodeling
Hired Z-Man Inc. to finish out the rest of our basement storage area. He and his team worked to implement the statement of work well. The job took a little longer than originally estimated however overall it was completed just in time for when we needed it.
The space is functional and matches the rest of the house which where the two big items we needed. Their team was nice to work with and did a good job.

Z-Man sent Jonathan from JC's Electrical and he did excellent work for us. We needed two replacement switches installed for bathroom celling heat/fan/light units. The previous wiring was done by an amateur and I was very grateful for Jonathan improving the safety of the wiring when he replaced the switches. He didn't even charge us anything extra above the reasonable price quoted for installing the switches. I highly recommend Jonathan and JC's Electrical! We'll definitely contact him for our next project. Fast and friendly service!

Jonathan with the help of rudy and his team installed my 10,000 watt electric heater in my garage. Now i can smoke cigars and enjoy the football game without freezing. Truly a great addition to my house. They are my go to contractor for any additions I want in the house. I would highly recommend them

Had to cancel two appointments because he was I'll. Started to think I was being scammed. He showed up for the following appointment and did an excellent job rewiring the two bedrooms and installing the fans. Everything turned out great. Will hire again if needed.

I hired Z-Man Remodeling for a basement remodeling project. This included demolition of the existing features, then framing, drywall, flooring, LED lighting, outlets, plumbing, trim, painting, and final cleanup for two large rooms and a bathroom. Rudy and his crew did an excellent job. The work was completed within the estimated schedule and budget. I would definitely hire them again.

Getting one's basement finished is an invasive, noisy, disruptive process. But Rudy and the Z-Man crew did everything they could to make it less so. We absolutely trusted them to be in our house, and we're very happy with the finished product. Looks great.

Went very well. With a 1924 house I always expect the unexpected. Rudy worked with knowledge of older houses, uneventfully cutting through lathe and plaster and brick to add the new outside outlet. The job was reasonably priced, done on time inspite of cold and snow and he changed a hard to reach lightbulb also.
