We were very pleased! Zack helped us bring the beauty back to old pine and red oak hardwood floors in a 1957 house. Some areas were badly pet stained from years being hidden beneath carpet. We were thrilled with the results. Zack is very professional and has years of personal experience in the hardwood business. He is personable and helped us decide the best stain selection. He looked at the job as though it were his own house. He was always on time with our appointments and we were happy with the reasonable pricing. We got more for our money than we would have gotten with another recommended company based on the quotes.

I got estimates from 4 different flooring companies on Angie's List, and even during the estimate process, Zack stood out for being more professional and for the love and expertise he has of his craft. Zack and Sam were a pleasure to work with, as well as Fernando and his son who did the install. It was important to me that whatever company I chose had long-standing employees, and not laborers picked up for a quick hire. Zack was the only one who had been in business 20 years, and I could tell from the way they all worked together and spoke about each other that they were like family. Their professionalism, and communication made the process smooth as we were dealing with multiple contractors in the house on different projects. For a two-week job, they finished 6 days early. (!!) My wife was elated, because we could move into the house more than a week early, because of where the weekend fell. Two entire floors of wood including stairs, ripping up carpets, and adding and painting trim. The job was fantastic, and I could not recommend these guys enough.

Zack Hardwood Flooring did a FANTASTIC job on our floors. We have a challenging lay-out and also had them do the stairs after removing the carpet. Not only did they do a great job on the floors, but the care after the job was complete was second-to-none. They cleaned the place from top to bottom and made it a very easy process. Highly recommend.

It went very smoothly. House is 50 years old. They had carpet over original red oak hardwood floors. They sanded the floors and put a product on to bring the natural look of floors out. The floors look beautiful. I have asthma so he used a product that has no vocs instead of polyurethane. Zach Flooring wants to make sure they do a good job.

Zack helped us pulled out the carpet, put down hardwood, sand and finish. The floor looks incredible! Someone we know happened to know a lot about hardwood flooring, saw the product Zack used, and told us that Zack's product is top notch! The finish he used on the floor is natural oil. It's very important for us, because we have a small baby. We are extremely happy that we chose him for our floor. He is very professional, and fast, and the floor looks amazing!!!

Zack came in a gave me a surprising estimate that i was a little skeptical at first because our companies prices were so much higher. At the end of the day we went with zack because he was the only one with a portfolio of his work. when the work was finished i was AMAZED how the floor looked, the stain color we choose was amazing. we could not let where the old floor ended and new floor started. Everything flowed smoothly from room to room. Zack and his crew did an amazing job and did it all in 1 week.
