This is an update to my first review which was back in 2014. I continue to use their service and have been very pleased. They are flexible, do a quality job, and are reasonably priced.

We had Z&H do a move-in deep clean at our new home and I couldn't believe how amazing it turns out. They were beyond thorough, cleaning individual blinds, inside drawers and cabinets and truly didn't miss a spot. They were also great about communication when the cleaning was taking longer than expected. Would definitely hire them again.

We have been using this company for over a year to clean our house on monthly basis. They are very punctual and do a great job. They are very accommodating if changes need to be made to appointments.

Was very impressed with cleaning services from this company. Would definitely hire them again. Did full top to bottom inspection, post-cleaning, and did not find any areas that I was dissatisfied with. Details like fan blades, window sills, tops of door jams, etc, all taken care. Place looked good as new!

They were very professional, very trustworthy, honorable, and very nice people. I asked them for tips on cleaning laminate flooring and they explained the best way and I've been doing that and it works. They came within 2 days of my phone call, kept me up to date as to where and when they were arriving. I highly recommend this company and will use them again.

Zack and his team have been cleaning our home for about four years. He is outstanding in every way. His cleaning is very thorough, he is very responsive, and he's one of the nicest guys you'll ever meet. I recommend him highly!

The house was quite dirty. Zach did a good job of explaining what could be cleaned and what would possibly be permanent discoloration. The cleaning exceeded my expectations. The cost was reasonable and very good value for the amount of work involved.

The cleaners arrived on time and did a great job. They started on one side of the house and systematically cleaned each room.

Zach and his team were awesome! I needed my house to be deep cleaned before putting it up for sale. They were really flexible with my schedule and showed up right on time. The job took less time then they thought, so Zach adjusted his estimate accordingly. They were all very sweet and did a great job.

Zach and his wife plus one other worker did a great job. I called and (although the call just goes to his cell phone so he does not answer as a business, which can be confusing at first) he answered right away and I was able to schedule for the following week. He offers a veteran discount that turned out to be a better deal than the deal offered on Angies list so that's what we did. Based on what we wanted done and how much we were willing to spend we set up for a 2 hour service. He said he would contact me the day before to confirm which he did. <br> <br>The morning of the service he texted to say they were done early with the previous client and could come by early if that suited us. So they showed up early and worked straight for 2 hours. I knew there wouldn't be enough time for some of the the extra dusting and cleaning the inside of appliances so I was ok with that not being done. But everything was vacuumed and mopped and both bathrooms were done. The kitchen was totally cleaned including them getting some stains off our stainless cooktop that had been very stubborn. The blinds, window sills, and all the molding were dusted as well as all the ceiling fans and cabinets and some of the walls. The patio sliding glass door was cleaned inside and out and all the mirrors (including closets) were cleaned. I was pleasantly surprised by the amount of other dusting that got done since at first he had told me on the phone they don't really move too much stuff to dust r do electronics, but I think I misunderstood what that meant. 2 rooms that were left for last (because I was in one and my husband and dog were in the other) only really got vacuumed and mirrors cleaned. But that was because they had run out of time that we were prepared to pay for and both those rooms would have a lot of detailed dusting that would take a long time. I was even impressed with how much they did in my daughters disaster of a room. All I expected was vacuuming and the blinds & window moldings, but they actually did some dusting which meant making some room on her desk and dresser because they were literally both completely covered in her stuff.  <br> <br>Overall I was very happy with the service and I think the price was fair. The family are very nice, pleasant people and seemed to have a great work ethic. There was no dilly-dallying, which I really appreciate. Next time we need some deep ceaning done I feel confident in using their service again. <br> <br>

These folks are always punctual, occasionally early.  Once they couldn't show, and Zach, (the Z in Z&H) was extremely apologetic.  They vacuum with a heppa filter unit, scrub walls, bathrooms, kitchen fixtures, Hamid actually got ALL the burnt gunk off our kitchen stove.  They dust, wet-mop the hard floors, knock down cobwebs, you name it, they do it.  We're very happy with them <br />
