We absolutely loved working with Landi and his team (Fernando and Miguel) on a full renovation of our Brooklyn pre-war apartment. They handled every part of the project—from beautifully detailed bathroom tile work on two bathrooms to replacing all of our floors, painting throughout, and completely gut-renovating our kitchen. Everything was done with incredible care and craftsmanship. The quality of the work exceeded our expectations across the board. Best part was Landi made the entire process feel smooth and manageable. He was extremely communicative and always available by text or phone, patiently answering our questions and accommodating changes as the project evolved. Most recently Landi and his team sanded and refinished floors in a two bedroom condo in Williamsburg. They were beautiful! He also refinished the kitchen cabinets and it looked amazing! Can’t say enough good things.

World class service, knowledgeable, very good and all professional. Made the whole backyard with fence. The cellar came out very nice. The original features of the house was kept and added a modern style finished that matches with the original 1920 aesthetic. The kitchen turned out very great and the fireplace was kept and the brownstone. Optional deck was provided by the bay window. The lighting is very good. In addition to this, Zani Construction also completed another renovation at our second home. They did the recess lighting, floor, 3 full bathroom and the basement. Everything turned out very good and modern.

It's gone very well so far. It's a big job, and has called on lots of skills from the crew and its foreman. They work hard. There's a good vibe among them, and they are pleasant and diplomatic in dealing with neighbors, which can be important. Landi Zani, the principal, is very good at co-ordinating the work (including the work of subcontractors) and at anticipating what needs to be done, and when, to keep the job moving forward. He's very direct, which helps avoid misunderstandings. So far, so good!
