Lawn & Yard Waste Clean Up
He did not bring the right equipment to complete the job when he started, so he made a huge pile of leaves outside of our fence. I asked him to move them as close to the house as possible to avoid our neighbors meticulous yard. He didn?t because he said it would be harder for him when he came back. Mind you when he was ?blowing the leaves? he blew up all my mulch and muddy dirt right up against my house- making a big mess. Said he would be back Monday or Tuesday depending on the weather. Monday was beautiful and he didn?t show. At this point that big pile on my lawn had been there for 4 days. A huge eye sore! In summary - the project took way too long for the amount to do and we were left with another project. He was very polite and may have other skills he is better at.

"I didn?t have my trailer with me because I started the same day I gave the bid. Which never happens. I was doing you a favor. I told you Monday or Tuesday and I was there Tuesday. It poured rain Sunday into Monday morning. So Tuesday made sense. I called and told you my exact plans along the way. You literally would not let me wash your siding. I asked multiple times and you refused and said you would get it. In summary: This is insanity."

A slow start, he had some equipment issues but he did get it completed about a week after the scheduled start and did a very good jobs.

Powerwashing
Zed's is outstanding. I got multiple quotes for washing the exterior of our home and Zed's was the best priced, so I went with them. I am very happy that I did. Our place hadn't been cleaned for years, and needed it badly. Joe, the owner, did the work and did an excellent job. He was very thorough and our place looks like new. His work ethic was top notch, he was on time and worked hard, and he's very friendly. We will definitely use him again. We can't recommend Joe, and Zed's, highly enough.

Zed's did a great job pressure washing my house! My communication with them was professional and I was able to get right on their schedule, which I was really grateful for. My house looks brand new again! I highly recommend Zed's!
