Over the phone they will give you the amount , They will give you a good low price . Once they show up then they will provide you a much higher price . They will say that the one you talked to over the phone did not know and he was new. They refused to make extra keys . They gave me two duplicate keys. But I need 4 duplicate keys (total 4 keys )but they refused . They told me to go to ace hardware and get it done over there . I would have paid them for extra keys but for them to say to go to ace hardware is something that is upsetting

I had multiple proposals and Zee had the best pricing AND were able to get my new lock/keys within an hour of contact.

Replace old front doorknob assembly. Also add chain lock on inside door. Arrived shortly after we called. Got the work done right away. Left the area clean and neat. Showed us how everything worked.

Door was out of alignment and could not lock the door. Repair was performed promptly and correctly.

Was a little late showing up but otherwise satisfied.

The person who showed up at my house was awesome, but it wasn't Zee's locksmith. It was Metro Locksmith. That is fine, but that wasn't communicated with us. Also they indicated they would be at our house in an hour, but it took over 2 hours. Again, I would highly recommend Metro Locksmith since they were the ones who actually did the work, not Zee's. I gave 4 starts because I didn't want a negative review to affect Metro, but I was annoyed by the lack of communication by Zee's.

Excellent experience - highly recommend Zee. He called back quickly and was available to come out same day and showed up when he said he would. His original quote was very reasonable and the actual cost of the work needed was also extremely reasonable. Zee was very professional and friendly. He was able to repair the lock on my front door which had a couple of issues and it is working nicely, but it is pretty old so I will likely replace it at some point. My other lock on the door leading to the garage was a bigger problem as it would always stick and was not lined up well with the door. Zee showed me where parts of the lock were bent and recommended replacing the lock which made perfect sense since he was also able to rekey the new lock to my existing key. He also took the extra time to really figure out what was out of alignment between my door and the lock and did some repositioning that completely resolved a problem I have been dealing with for years - extremely pleased!

At a freaky job with a 2014 Lexus LS 460 where I needed to fob keys made plus the physical keys cut. Other texts were unable to do this and he was able to do it all within a day. All he's worked and were well with it budget

Zee was friendly and knowledgeable. He saw immediately what the problem was and told me how he would fix it. And he did. Door works like new now

Good, he had to come back a second time because of a locking breaking. But he was timely at coming back

Was about $40 more than the rest but promised service in 30 minutes. Did not show up for 90 minutes. Had to call multiple times. If you are not in any time constraint you are better off with someone else.
