Zelaya Stucco Design

Santo's crew did an excellent job applying new Stucco to our Outdoor Kitchen project. He had a very competitive price and started the project right away. We were very happy with the results and we will use his company in the future.

My retaining wall had collapsed and Santos and his crew came in and knew exactly what to do. Now it is very sturdy and looks better than when it was first done. He did this at a very fair price. In addition, he has the equipment to clean the gutters and spray the house. Very professional. Family business and the whole family shows up.

Zelaya stucco design did a wonderful job stuccoing our buildings firewalls. They waterproofed and painted as well. They were extremely careful. They laid down a protective barrier and also worked with our roofing contractor to make sure work was done in a specific way to keep our buildings warranty. The crew worked quickly and patiently when we could not find water. They cleaned up quickly without a trace. Santos was very knowledgeable and honest. We will be using this contractor again.

I was looking for a company to do some stucco work on my home. I had several cracks on the structure and areas of stucco that had broken away. I used Angi List to solicit bids from area contractors. From the four companies I had contacted, Mr. Santos of Zelaya Stucco Design, Inc was the only contractor that was immediately responsive, arrived on time early the next day to quote the job and made an appointment to begin work the very next day! Mr. Santos made some great recommendations as to how he would proceed in making a plan to do the stucco repairs. After a plan was established, an estimate was provided promptly. Mr. Santos and his team did an outstanding job that created a final product that is far better than I had imagined. The work completed was seamless and the paint job virtually matched the existing paint. I also appreciated that they took the time to clean up the worksite. Overall, it was a great experience! Mr. Santos was very professional, timely and had reasonable pricing. I highly recommend, Zelaya Stucco Design, Inc, for your stucco work and I would definitely use them again in the future.

They did a fabulous job at the time but recently and he was very pushy with the pricing and I felt scammed. He was calling me and trying to push his prices on me. It was a terrible experience.

When I meet Mr. Santos Zelaya he was friendly and professional which impressed from the start and we easily managed to agree on the price for what I needed to be done. He and his crew consisting of Eddie Michell and Jean Gustavo arrived at the time agreed and they did an fantastic job of removing the damaged stucco, applying new and cleaning up. Great company.
