This means we can handle all your biohazard concerns including microbial cleaning and sanitizing. We want to limit your stress by handling as much of the situation for you as possible. Remediation and restoration are our business. We will work with the insurance company, dry everything out, clean everything up, and restore peace to your home or office. ZenDry came out the same afternoon that I called. Everyone that I spoke with or dealt with in person was extremely professional and courteous. They started working immediately to ensure that our house was completely dried out. They communicated with us on a consistent basis over the next few days while the drying process took place. I was extremely pleased with all aspects of the service that we received.

The experience was excellent. The owner is professional, courteous, knowledgeable, friendly, and reliable. They came and cleaned up all the water. Ounce the demo started we found allot of mold behind the walls. They had the area tested and mitigated the situation. It went perfect. I love the service. I will be happy to refer them to other people I know.

Zen Dry Restoration came in after a major toilet backflow caused by root intrusion. Joe, the owner, came over off hours to assess the damage and his crew was there early the next morning pulling up flooring and removing wet drywall. Once the extent of the damage was known the cleanup began. Every surface that made contact with dirty water/sewage was removed or cleaned and sealed. It took several days with fans, air scrubbers and a dehumidifier to remove all the moisture. Zen Dry took point with my insurance company and ensured everything went smoothly there as well. I really couldn't have asked for better service or a easier experience. I hope to never go through this again but I know who to call if I need them.

We've had 3 water damage issues in the last 12 months, and Zen Dry was the first of the remediation companies which I can honestly say did work above and beyond my expectations, even hopes. Joe and his crew were fantastic, timely, professional, and also acted as a trusted conduit with the insurance company. I cannot speak highly enough of their work, and I recommend them as much as I possibly can. I hope never to have to use them again, but if I have a similar issue, they will absolutely be my first call.

It went very well. Their team is knowledgeable and walked us through the process making it easy for us and our insurance company. They knew how to connect with our insurance company (State Farm) and ensure our downstairs was sanitized for our children's play area.
