The service from the company beginning with the phone call after I requested a quote has been excellent. What I liked about the company was there was no pressure once I received the quote. I had a list of specific follow up questions that were answered clearly. I was even sent requested documentation before I even made the decision to do business with the company. This is one of the reasons that I went with this company because everywhere else that I received quotes from would not provide me any information or documentation in writing. Additionally, the installers came on time and answered all of my follow up questions. I had anticipated the windows being installed mid January 2026, but they were installed ahead of time on December 31, 2025. I look forward to doing business with the company again.

From the initial quote, to ordering, to scheduling, to installation, I was kept updated every step of the way. Install was prompt, professional, neat, and timely. An excellent product for a fair price. The total project cost was less than 1/3 that of the other highly-advertised, high-pressure competitors. No upfront payment, and they even gave me a senior discount AFTER the project was completed. 100% recommend!

Phenomenal experience!!! No hassle, no hard-sell/upselling techniques. Just great people selling quality windows with a "we are here for you when are ready and you need us" attitude. The process was simple (no home visit required for anything except the actual installation). Ty, our "Chief Happiness Officer and Partner" (literally...that was his title in his email signature!), was always just an email/phone call away and his response time was fantastic. He educated us on the various type of windows and seemed to take his cool title very seriously--making us 100% happy was his goal. (He succeeded!) We replaced every window in our house and were able to mix and match our choices--some casements, some sliders, some non-opening picture windows, and some traditional double-hung. We were also able to mix which windows were to have fake muntins (white crossbars to match the "neighborhood look") and which would be all-glass unobstructed (for viewing the wooded backyard and birdfeeder, for example). This flexibility truly left us with a result that was tailored to us, our house, and our lifestyle. They also stand by their products and the quality customer service does not stop after the check is cashed. Two other people that stood out were 1) installation manager Scott and 2) Kurt who came out to help resolve an issue that was discovered after the project was completed. I don't expect we will need windows again in this house; if we did, we would certainly start with Zen Windows again. It was a smooth and easy and friendly process! Great company!

I had a great experience with Zen Windows! Mike called me to discuss the issues I had (I live on a very busy, noisy street) and recommended a specialized product he thought would work well and we went with that. Even though this was a relatively small job (five windows), they treated me like a customer who was replacing every window in the house. They were very friendly, professional and responsive, keeping me informed by email every step of the way. When I asked him if I should also replace the two upper floor windows to keep the finished look consistent, he looked at the pictures I sent, was very honest with me and said no. How many sales/tradespeople do you know that are that honest? The Product installed has noticeably diminished the street noise in my house. And I didn’t have to pay a penny until the windows were installed and I was happy. I would definitely highly recommend and use Zen Windows again!

Fantastic experience with Zen Windows from start to finish. The estimate could be done without a visit to the house. There was no big sales pitch or pressure to move forward. Just a "we're here when you need us" attitude, which was a welcome change compared to other window companies. We asked multiple questions and made several changes throughout the planning process. Each time, we received a timely and helpful response. The installation team was great and the entire installation (30 windows) only took a single day. Highly recommend!

great windows, onsite service, 31 windows installed and capped in 1 day with minor touch up work the second day. HVAC Runs half as much. Great communication between sales and installers. Very professional with the wood repairs they encountered. Will recommend over Champion, Window World/Nation, or anderson any day of the week and half the cost of the cheaper guys with better quality.

Zen is one of, if not the most, easy companies to deal with. No high pressure and no BS. They worked with me when I had to delay the window installation.

From the quote to the installation, everything was terrific.

Overall, an excellent experience. I was given an accurate quote up front without any difficulty. The install team showed up on time and worked very hard in 90 degree temperatures for four days. It was a fairly big job, 25 windows, several of which were oversized and one huge bay window. In addition, the windows they took out were 70 years old and very difficult to extract. But it all went smoothly and efficiently. The only problem was the lead time. I placed my order in February and the windows didn’t arrive from ProVia until July. I can’t fault Zen for that! And, the windows are excellent, they make the house much quieter and, we’re hoping, more energy efficient. Time will tell on that, once we start getting electric bills from the period the windows were in. All in all, I highly recommend Zen Windows and their vendor, ProVia.

The Zen experience was very refreshing for me. I hate playing the game of a salesman taking hours of my time and then giving me a high price that he or she finally brings down to something I can live with. With Zen, I contacted them and was asked a few questions about what I wanted. I took some pictures of the house with measurements of the windows as close as I could get. They went to work on an estimate and I had a price within a few days with detail. The installation manager came to the house and took exact measurements. I signed a contract and the windows were built. Once the windows were built, an installation team came and in one day I had all 31 windows installed to my satisfaction. I recommend Zen if you want a good quality window at a descent price professionally installed.

They were professional, friendly, and prompt. We had an issue with two of the windows having a black substance between the double panes after installation. They came and fixed right away.

I did extensive research on window installers in our area and selected Zen windows based upon their reviews and recommendations. They do what they claim on their web site and are very thorough and professional to work with. No pressure and no hassle from beginning to end. The windows they offer are top of line and we are very pleased with their quality. I am a retired engineer and I am impressed by the Provia window technical specifications. The high quality installation was quickly done and on schedule
