New Windows - Multiple
Couldn't be happier with he purchase. Process took about 2 1/2 months. There was communication all along the way. Expectations were set and met. 14 windows, One Installer named Jim. Took 2 days as he informed me when he came out to do the measurements. I had doubts but Jim did it. It was amazing. Jim told me he had been doing this for 20 years and it showed. REMARKABLE improvement. These were Imperial Elite Triple Pane and I'm so glad I went with the triple pane. They were worth the upgrade. The following week we had winds up to 26 miles per hour. You wouldn't even notice it inside the home. Sound, most all outside sound eliminated. Oh there is still the sound of a dog barking, the trash truck going by but they are muffled and not annoying anymore. We sleep better now. As for heat, I've notice the electric baseboards aren't turning on as much or working as hard to keep the home warm. This is going to save on the electric bill for sure. We should have done this long

I've used Zen Windows twice. Andrew, Deb, JR, EJ and the team are all great. Responsive, personable, kind, prompt (showed up at the break of dawn on installation day) and cleaned up well after themselves. Highly recommend.

They arrived as scheduled, cleaned up as they worked and were very professional. The Windows look great and I was really amazed at how clean everything was when they were done. All small debris was clean up inside and outside and not even fingerprints on the new Windows. I have already recommended this company to friends.

Yesterday was the completion of our window installation with the Nirvana windows from Zen Windows, We are absolutely thrilled with the Zen windows quality and are so happy with the meticulous installation by your two installers Roland and Everett. The quality of the Zen windows stands out compared to the windows that you replaced but the workmanship of the windows, ease of opening and closing as well as the ease of closure and sturdiness of the Zen windows are outstanding. Now for the installation of the windows a part of the package some people can’t understand or don’t realize how important that is with relation to the complete window replacement experience, Roland and Everett were outstanding. They both respected our property as though it was their own, they cleaned up every area they worked but not at the end of the day but whenever the area needed to be cleaned. They picked up debris after each window install and each trim install. They kept their work area clean at all times. They both were so easy to talk to and answered all our questions and concerns. The trim work around each and every Zen window is beautifully done and looks expertly finished. The finishes of the Bay window are so nice and having a one piece four pane window shows the quality of the Zen windows quality. Thank you again for the Zen window experience and thank you for the great installation by your work crew. We have already recommended Zen windows to a few of our friends and neighbors. Great! From beginning to end, Andrew was wonderful to work with.. And his installer, James, was also great to work with. Very responsive when I had questions, and James was very thorough and took his time to be sure everything was installed correctly and I was satisfied with it before he left. I would highly recommend Andrew Zahn and Zen Windows if you're thinking about having window replacement work done.

The entire process from getting a price, to getting more detailed information on the windows to the final installation was incredibly easy and professional. I submitted a request for quote to 4 companies along with pictures and dimensions. Zen windows was the only company that responded. Andrew was extremely helpful in the decision process and educating me on the Soft Lite windows. JR came out measured the windows and thank goodness he and his team did the installation. They were immaculate in their work and the attention to detail with the capping and caulking was awesome. Our home looks great with these new windows, thanks to the entire Zen team. If you want quality communication, windows and installation these are the guys to get it done!!!

Every step of dealing with Zenn windows was great. We had 3 estimates before choosing Zenn windows. Once talking to Andrew Zahn from Zenn WindowssI knew we had to look no further. It was the easiest thing ever. I was looking at different companies and saw the deal for Zen Windows. I contacted them through their website after looking through the companies information. Andrew, the owner responded quickly to all of my questions. After getting other quotes I moved forward with Zen Windows. The price and ease of working with the company made it totally worth it. I was contacted for window measuring for them to be custom made. It was on this day I changed to buying different kind of windows and Andrew accommodated everything. Windows were just installed and it’s amazing how much nicer they look. Will definitely keep them in mind when I do my basement and for anyone looking.

I loved the easy process of purchasing these windows. I entered the information of what I was looking for and I got a quote right away from the owner and a phone call to answer any further questions I may have had. Pricing was almost 1/2 of the quote we were given through another company. Videos are available that describe the different windows they offer. With being busy, this made the process of purchasing these windows so easy and we didn't have to meet with someone 2 or 3 times before purchasing. They owner is always available to answer any questions via email or phone. No payment is required until AFTER the work was done. Once we secured signed the contract for the quote, our windows were ordered and installed within about 4 to 6 weeks. We couldn't be more pleased!!! Definitely consider this company for your next window purchase!

They were here on time, the installation was smooth and it was professionally done, I think it was Dan and another young man but I'm not sure as it was awhile back. All I remember was that I had my other windows installed by another company and they were twice as much and the work not have as good. I'll be ordering the rest in the Fall from Zen. They look perfect!

We purchased our home last December knowing that the windows were not in good shape and would need to be replaced. After settling in, we did some research on different companies and settled on Zen Windows. We had a great experience with Zen Windows. Andrew (the owner) was a joy to work with. He came to our home to see what he already had and to demonstrate the windows that he was recommending. He gave us a few choices, shared his own advice based on his years of experience, and then allowed us to make our own decisions with no pressure at all. The measurement and installation appointments were exactly when they said they would be and the installation of our 7 windows went without issue. We love our new windows!

Zen Windows did an amazing job replacing our old 50-year-old windows. The quote came in quickly with very good pricing, we never felt any pressure to buy and the installation team done a five-star job, replacing all 10 first floor windows in a short timeframe. All our windows now look great inside and out, and they cut out so much noise. The Zen Windows team were professional from start to finish and we would highly recommend them to anyone. The entire process was great. We were given an estimate to replace all the windows in our home online in less than 24 hours. The Owner is the person I spoke with on every occasion and he answered any questions I had in a very timely manner. We were not required to have him come out to our home for a demonstration, but I did ask him to just so we could see what we were getting and to talk about a few of our options. He gladly came to our home and was there less than an hour. The installers(EJ and Dan) were great, both days they were there on time and did a great job with the install. I would gladly recommend this company(and Have) to anyone. Entire process was very painless and was pleasant.
