Installers very professional..worked quickly, smoothly, cleaned up perfectly.  JJ stayed in constant contact from the time they measured, through the quote, ordering, delivery and installation completed.   Followed up a day afterwards to make sure all was still Ok ...  Highly recommend. <br />

The number I provided was my cell number. My cell phone was lost shortly after acquiring the service. I thought I had provided an alternate number; however, I had not done so.</p> <p>Sometime later, my cell phone was found and I discovered that the contractor had left me several messages. Upon discovering this, I contacted him and we arranged for the job to be done. I could not be more pleased with the work that Zen did in my renovated master bedroom.  The room was, originally, an added on space.  This presented a number of problems; some of these problems were not revealed until the install process began.  The window <br /> spaces were extremely tight and the workers really had their work cut out on the removal, alone.  I must admit that I was nervous about how things would turn out. Fortunately, the Zen contractors are more than mere workers?they are true craftsmen.  The install was difficult, but the end result is flawless and I could not be more pleased. <br /> <br /> I should also mention that JJ, the owner of the company, was present for the entire install; he made sure that I was comfortable with the process and the finished product.  Once the install was complete, the temperature in the room improved, dramatically.  It was, instantly, noticeable.   JJ demonstrated the features of the windows and took the time to ensure that I knew how to operate the windows and screens.  I not only recommend Zen, but I will be sure to use them again.  This old house has lots of windows and they all need to be replaced.  There was clear communication from the first day that I contacted Zen, up to and through the install, and even the day after the install was complete.  JJ takes pride in his company and the work they do.  If you need windows, you HAVE to use Zen.

So far so good-will let you know when it is installed.

Windows from Zen are excellent looking double-pane windows at an affordable price (plus, I took advantage of an Angie's List special package deal).  A tremendous improvement over our existing bare aluminum windows. Everything was as-advertised and the windows had no damage or issues whatsoever.  The installers came when they said they would and the installation is neat and professional-looking.  I will call Zen when I get around to replacing other windows and doors. <br />

I got a return call from JJ super fast, and he was very nice.  He answered all my questions and I am very happy with this process so far.
