I am a computer technician with more than 10 years experience being the "computer guy" or entire IT department in all types commercial industries from fortune 100 companies to home based businesses like myself. I am a one man operation and I will be the only one working on your computer. I am a 9 time Angie's List Super Service Award Winner. It used to show my badge on my profile but since I can not afford there new advertising amounts many people will be unable to find me unfortunately. Thank you for your support in past years.

Nick is great! He build us a new Windows 10 gaming computer since our Windows 7 were no longer supported. He also upgraded our laptop and another desktop with Windows 10. He got everything done very quickly. We have used him in the past and will be using him again.

My laptop was making funny noises and freezing. It was only 2.5 years old, from Best Buy, and unfortunately my warranty had expired. I found Zepps Home Computer Repair by Google search, contacted them by email. Their customer reviews were good, so I took a chance. Nick responded the next day. He found that I needed a new Hard Drive (Yup...2 year old Toshiba laptop from Best Buy) as the original one was faulty. He said it was common for a Toshiba hard drive to fail. He communicated the price, giving options on the best deal, and was able to save the content from my old hard drive and transfer to the new one. Work was completed within a week. I am very pleased with Nick's work ethic. He was professional, punctual and communicates well. So.......if you need repairs by an honest guy, contact Nick at Zepps Computer Repair. You will be glad you did!

Nick is always pleasant and gets our computers back fast. Being a gamer, I don't like it when my main machine is out of commission. Nick understands this and has always gotten our computers back right away. He got it cleaned up and updated. It's running great and is handling everything we through at it with regards to our games. I had an excellent experience with Nick. He was prompt and professional and very helpful in giving me tips. It was necessary for him to take my computer home but he returned it the next day. He spent hours removing poor software and cleaning it up. I'm happy to say it works great now and it's so much faster.

Nick and I communicated through Angie's List to set-up a time and he was able to come at 5 which I appreciated since I work during the day. He is very friendly and was able to get my printer up and running again in no time. Also, my wireless printer is a scanner so he was able to set that up for me which is a great feature for me to be able to use on a regular basis. Nick also gave me additional information about browsers and anti-virus software which I appreciated. I would hire Nick again and even took his business card for my sister.

Nick picked up my mom's computer. He got it all debugged and updated. He returned it the next day and showed her how to use chrome, as that was new to her.

It was great. Nick was able to help us get the situation resolved within a few hours of our call. This is the kind of speedy service and reliability we have come to expect from Nick. When we have viruses or other IT issues we can not resolve in-house we call Nick.

Nick Zeppetello, the owner did a fantastic job of ridding the computer of a virus. He is a dedicated individual who makes sure everything is done properly and the computer is not only fixed but is running faster than it was before he came to the house. The price was reasonable and well worth it.

We called Nick because of his ratings on angie's list. Our main desktop was stuck in a blue screen loop of windows 7 updates and we couldn't get out of it, we just had to power off the machine. It had been having issues with windows updates for a few months and was starting to lag when we surfed the net. Our gaming experiences were alright but we were getting prompted our driver was out of date. <br /> Nick came the next day and picked our main machine up. He solved the blue screen looping issue, updated all of our drivers, removed some adware, fixed our antivirus problem (which is what was causing the windows update problems) and returned the computer the next day. <br /> The morning Nick was bringing back our main computer, I was on our second desktop and a red screen popped up saying I had malware on the computer. I was stuck on that page with obvious virus problems. I emailed Nick and asked if he could pick up a second patient :-) He was able to take that one too. <br /> Both computers were fixed in a day. All adware/malware was removed, they were updated and cleaned up, registries were updated and corrupted files were cleaned up. My son and I game on both computers and they are both lightening fast now. It's amazing how much faster they both do simple things like surf the web and more complex things like run high graphic games and skype, etc. simultaneously. We were very happy with Zepp's Home Computer Repair and will definitely use him again. <br />

I am an Angie's List groupie. So, when I had a computer problem I immediately turned to Angie's List for recommendations. Nick (Zepp's Home Computer Repair) had very high reviews. I contacted Nick and he called me back within 2 hours. I set an appointment with him to come to my home regarding my computer issue and he was accommodating as to my time preference and arrived right on time. Within hours of picking up my "tower", he called me to tell me he had diagnosed the issue and could fix it. We set a time for him to return my computer. Again, he was accommodating to my schedule and arrived on time. He put my computer back together, tested everything to ensure all was in working order and showed me some shortcuts and quick fixes to several areas. He waited while I tested the computer and a couple of programs that are important to ensure everything was working. In addition to fixing the specific issue, he "cleaned up" my computer making it faster and cleaned off some malware. His pricing is extremely reasonable and certainly the value is there! <br /> Nick's other Angie's List comments are all certainly accurate. I would definitely use him again and refer very favorably to anyone inquiring about his service. <br />

I have a new (3 months old) Lenovo laptop that runs on Windows 10. I recently stepped away from it while working and came back to a 1 hour Windows update. After the update I was unable to get it to start. It would freeze and I couldn't get to the point where I logged in. I feared that everything would be lost. I emailed Nick late in the evening and he promptly responded to me. The next morning he came to my office ad picked up the laptop. <br /> He was able to recover all my files and kept my programs in tact. He diagnosed the problem, which was caused by two internal programs not compatible with Windows 10 updates. He removed them and got everything working again. <br /> Nick is very prompt, professional and knowledgeable. While we don't want technical issues to arise, I'm sure they will and I will be using Nick from now on. <br />
