Zeus roofing & construction LLC

We signed our contract on 12/30/2021 the job took around one Month to complete. He did new roofing, new siding and new gutters. He did a great job and was paid in full total $15050. I reached out to the contractor on several occasions and he haven't responded. I have a contract that states I have a 25 year warranty with this contractor. I'm asking for about $5000 to get my gutters replaced.

Found contractor on home advisor Offer Jesus the job he started on 12/30/2021 and finished on 1/10/2022. He got half of the money down and half when the job was finished in cash. On September 29 around 6am I got up to get my son ready for school and walked into a puddle of water. His sealing was leaking I cleaned up the water and put a bucket to collect the water coming from the sealing. around 9.55am I sent the contract Jesus a text message explaining to him what happened this morning he said that he would stop by later that afternoon. Jesus stop by that day and did a walk through, to see where he thinks the water is coming from. Jesus said he would be back on Sunday October 1st to seal the chimney and around the roof. Because at that time he thought that were the water was coming from. He never showed up on Sunday. I reached out to him several times during the week. On October 6th 2023, Jesus and another guy showed up at the house. My husband just arrived from work, and Jesus explained that none of the windows were seal and that he would return to seal it. I reached out to Jesus by phone and text he never responded . I texted him and asked did you come out and seal the windows. His response was that I need to wait for another rain storm so he could see where the water is coming from.

They did an excellent job on my house. He is a stand up guy this company will be Involve in any project I have….. thank again job well done

Zeus was great. The owner, Jesús, was very honest and worked diligently with his crew to repair a bunch of damage made by a raccoon. Reasonable pricing too. Will definitely hire again.

Very good experience. Timing was very prompt. They were out to my house for a quote within 24 hours, and we’re back to do the work within four days. The work was more extensive than first observable, and the revised quote was very reasonable. Start to finish the work was completed within one week. This was refreshing, especially in this winter weather. We would definitely recommend, and wouldn’t hesitate to use this company again.
