We hired Ziggy during the pandemic for a complete condo renovation. Ziggy is a very personal type of person who wants you to be happy and he strives, along with his workers, to get your job as perfect as possible. They started by doing a complete interior demolition and rebuild with all new kitchen. We wanted unique and Ziggy did all he could to accomplish that desire. We had many changes to the kitchen because of many issues with the existing structure and limitations that those created, but Ziggy kept plowing through to make it happen. The pandemic frustrated every order after March, so it became a waiting game on many items, but Ziggy had us living in the condo within 4 months. That being said, you have to stay involved and be flexible with schedule. I typically do not like to do reviews, but for Ziggy I have no problem referring him and his crew to do your job. Best way to say it is - I would hire him again!

Fantastic! Ziggy and his crew did an excellent job. The master bath was 40 years old and now feels like a 5 star hotel. They kept the house clean and cleaned up daily when they were done for the day. Small changes were accommodated easily and Ziggy's design work was incredible.

We took a LONG time to give Ziggy the go-ahead on our bathroom project. He must have visited our home five times before we finally decided on a plan to add a half bath to an existing bathroom, and move every wall and drain. Ziggy was a great source of ideas in the planning process, and was able to take our bathroom from a dingy tunnel to a bright and functional work of art. His team is respectful, professional, and extremely detail-oriented! Ziggy is busy, but his talent, creativity, resourcefulness and fair pricing are worth any wait!

Ziggy's Perfect Home Solutions built a garage room quickly and professionally. The room has ample lighting, electric outlets and insulation, all things that Ziggy included in his very reasonable pricing. He and his very talented crew are great to work with, and we plan to hire them whenever we need work done at our house!

Ziggy and his craftsmen were wonderful to work with from start to finish! Ziggy has a great eye, and was able to give us a custom quartz fireplace/media wall that we couldn't envision without his design. He also inspired us on a second fireplace, which had a useless log-burning fireplace, and now has a stunning electric fireplace and gorgeous quartz ledger wall and mantle.

Ziggy and his crew made every effort to please us and they did a very good job! Our bathroom tub and fixtures were replaced by a beautiful walk in shower which is wonderful, the new cabinet, sink, counter top and mirror are a great improvement! Our ceiling had to be removed and replaced and at that time they also installed new ceiling lights which really update the whole bathroom. We are very pleased and would hire ZIggy and his crew again!

Ziggy is easy to work with, honest, and exceptionally creative with a team that does a perfect job. We selected a natural stone countertop we liked and some bathroom wall tile. Ziggy designed an ideal ocean/beach themed bathroom for us that was better than our original ideas. The vanity, hardware, shower, linen closet, floor tile, shower along with it's custom built-in seat and shampoo and soap shelves all came together to be more beautiful than anything I have seen on Houzz. I recommend Ziggy because he is an excellent designer and his tile crew is the best in the business. There was nothing too complicated for he and his team to handle. He also remodeled our entire building's lobby, and first floor entryway. Ziggy can improve upon your ideas for your remodel or he can design something lovely for you based on your tastes in your home if you are not sure what you would like done. I wish I could post 10 pictures of my bathroom, it is now, by far, our favorite room in the entire house. We would love nothing more than to have Ziggy remodel our kitchen in the future.

They did a professional job, returned phone calls and showed up as arranged. We would definitely use Ziggy again when the need arises.

Ziggy's work exceeded our expectations. The quality of work was outstanding and he is very easy to work with. He kept us informed of any necessary changes in the project and sent progress pictures weekly, as we were out of town during the remodeling. Pricing was fair and within our budget, as compared to other estimates. We are very happy with the results and would highly recommend Ziggy for any remodeling projects.

Ziggy and his crew completed the job within the timeframe agreed to and even took care of a few minor things (problems with a fan and fixing an outside fence that was falling down after a storm) not connected to the kitchen the contract. The picture shown does not include painting, which I will be doing myself.

They performed excellent work.Everything functions as expected. They kept me informed at every stage of the work.They discussed issues as they occurred and proceeded as discussed. They were punctual and cleaned up everyday.My garage was a mess but they swept it everyday and cleaned up scrap material.Cleaned after the work was completed. Ziggy and his team were the best experience I have ever had with contractors.

You may have to wait a while for Ziggy to start your project, but who wants a contractor with nothing going on? <br /> We  lived with a 70's bathroom for 16 years and only plan to do this once. We wanted it done right. <br /> Our master bath was gutted to the studs, and it turned out beautifully! <br /> The workers were on time every day, were polite and worked hard. <br /> We selected our materials, and with some help from Ziggy they all worked well together, he has an <br /> experienced eye, and can provide help if asked.   Issues or questions are handled calmly and efficiently <br /> with the goal being the home owners happiness. <br /> Ziggy was on site a lot, and could always be reached by phone, <br /> We have beautiful tiled shower with glass mosaic trim and a glass door, , travertine flooring, beautiful craftsman <br />  cabinet  and  high end granite,  We love it!! <br />

We contracted with Ziggy in early August, we knew we would have to wait several weeks as he had other jobs in front of ours. Once the work started Ziggy and his team were here everyday and the work went smoothly.  He was very accommodating when some minor issues came up during the project and was willing to do whatever it took to make us happy.  He even saved us from ourselves by refusing to hang a towel bar in the back of the shower because he knew it would eventually rust out.  All in all he made the remodel as painless as possible and we were delighted with the results. <br />

Contacted provider on 5/16/2015 upon purchasing the deal. <br /> I suggested dates to schedule service: 6/15/2015, or 6/22/2015 or 6/24/2015. Communication was not a highlight in this deal. Ziggy contacted me and was very personable. The provider's employee arrived on July 14 to begin work. On the phone the provider indicated that the job would be quick.  The provider was aware that the home only had one bathroom. This created a major inconvenience if work was not completed in a timely fashion. <br /> The work was sporadic as the provider has many projects going on at once.It was finished on July 31st.  On several occasions the work crew did not arrive and did not contact me to advise me they would not be arriving. Excuses: lost driver license and had to go to DMV, friend in a car accident so much go and help, it is raining cannot work on project, and no excuse. In the meantime I was without use of a shower/bath in my 1 bedroom home. <br /> The provider provided samples of the tile for shower and cabinet. He purchased lighting, toilet and tub independently. <br /> The provider did not provide samples of the granite top. It was pre-cut and arrived on July 31st ready to install. The counter had three holes and therefore did not fit the one-piece faucet already selected. A different 3 piece faucet had to be installed. At this point, although the granite color was not to my liking, I realized that I will just have to live with it because I needed to have the use of the bathroom back immediately. <br /> I suggest that you get a start and finish date written into a private agreement beforehand. When I complained of the delay in the work, Ziggy stated that he is busy and working on million dollar homes. My home is 900 sq ft, 2/1/1 built in 1950's, definitely a simple home, not a luxury home. <br /> The crew that painted the bathroom did a very poor job, it looks as if a child painted the walls, not a professional. I was charged an extra $600 because Ziggy stated that my choice of tile required extra skill in installing. Ziggy asked to be paid before his crew finished the job. I did not appreciate his requesting payment when the job was not complete. <br /> I will now have to pay someone to paint the bathroom. <br /> <br /> Update: The light and tub screws are already rusted 11/27/15.

We had used Ziggy in the past for our kitchen renovation and he was our only choice when we decided to re-do our bathroom.   <br /> We trust his artistic eye and know that he is not only very personable, but also trustworthy.  The men who work for him are always very respectful and do a great job as well. <br /> We had a bathroom from the 1950's with small pink tiles and very little room for storage.    Everything was stripped and removed and some new woodwork put in due to water damage.   <br />  A pocket door was installed which allowed more room for a larger vanity which has plenty of storage. The closet was re-done with more storage space. The ceiling was raised and a new ventilation system was installed to the attic.  <br /> The shower had beautiful tile installed and new fixtures. Everything looks great! <br /> <br /> <br />

We competed this job with many other contractors. Ziggy?s <br /> bid was very reasonable and less than all of the competition. The quality of <br /> all the work was excellent. Painting, papering, flooring, construction, all of <br /> the work was high quality. Removal of the popcorn ceiling and the resulting <br /> finished ceiling combined with the new lighting that is perfect. The pocket <br /> doors installation with decorative molding and staining to match to the bamboo <br /> flooring was superb. Innovative electrical work resulted in a significant <br /> improvement in the living and dining rooms. The updated bathrooms are <br /> outstanding. The shower refurbishment resolved several major problems that were <br /> created by poor tile work from a previous contractor. Ziggy and his team were <br /> always punctual. All work was performed in a condo, which has strict rules <br /> related to disposal of debris, cleanliness of common areas and limited work <br /> hours. Ziggy?s team had no problems what so ever. Dealing with Ziggy was also a <br /> plus. He offered helpful suggestions throughout the project but had no problem <br /> if his suggestions were not adopted. He could be reached at any time to discuss <br /> any issues.  Ziggy also helped us buying <br /> materials that were not part of his contract by using his contacts and buying <br /> power to save us time and money. We are extremely pleased with the entire job <br /> and would highly recommend Ziggy? Perfect Home Solutions to everyone. <br />

<p>Ziggy was running a special when I contacted him to see if my old 1950s kitchen was right for his deal. This was one stage in the renovation of a house I was fortunate enough to have inherited. It was a nasty room, dirty and grease coated. Ziggy came over and told me that my kitchen was larger than the size covered in the special but said that for $3,000 more he would give me a beautiful kitchen.</p> <p>I'd read in a review on Angie's List that one reviewer who had not hired him said that Ziggy was too busy. He was right. Ziggy works multiple jobs simultaneously and his crew is constantly shifting locations. Mine was a relatively small job and I'm sure that affected the timeframe and that it was between Thanksgiving and New Year. So time was a problem and I wish the job could have been done more quickly.</p> <p>But, ultimately I got what Ziggy had promised: a beautiful kitchen.</p> <p>The room is 10X10. It has beautiful hardwood cabinets with the slow-closing feature, granite countertops, a travertine tile backsplash and scraped hardwood floor. I'd ordered all of my appliances already and Ziggy installed them including a new oven hood that vented through the roof. There was a space in one wall that had been an old window and he resized it so more upper cabinets would fit. He installed a granite sill there. Then he installed recessed LED lights, a ceiling fixture, and he painted it. Actually, his crew, primarily Darek, did most of the work here. Ziggy came to do the electrical and plumbing and oversight.</p> <p>I've waited a while to do this review because I wasn't sure how to present the good with the limitations but ultimately, I decided that if someone wants a quality contractor and is willing to wait they should know about Ziggy.</p> <br />

<p>My house was built in the early 70's and I had lived there since the mid-nineties.  I had done some necessary updates like the air conditioner and the roof but I had never done any significant updates or remodels, until I met Ziggy.  I wanted to sell my house and knew with "original" everything in the bathrooms and kitchen it wouldn't sell for much.  I met with Ziggy and he quickly came up with design ideas on how to transform my space.  I couldn't be more pleased, in the kitchen he installed high quality cabinets and countertops and suggested a built-in wine refrigerator, which I agreed to.  He redid the bathrooms with equally high quality materials using neutral colors and pleasing designs to make it easy to sell.  He also removed an unsightly divider wall in my family room and removed my drop ceilings which transformed my house from the 70's ranch to an updated, neutral, high quality ranch perfect for sale in the 2015 market.  Ziggy and his crew were prompt, detail oriented, responsive and delivered on all they promised and more.  I shopped a few different options before deciding to go with Ziggy and I know he literally saved me thousands of dollars (and numerous headaches) if I had to tried to piecemeal the remodel with Home Depot or Lowes options.  He took care of the entire remodel and working with him was easy.</p> <p><br /></p> <p>That house sold in about three weeks!  I put $25,000 into the remodel of my home  and it sold for way more than $25000 over what I would have gotten if not for Ziggy, his team, and his vision.  From the quality of the work, to the design, to the small details like the wine refrigerator built-in and extra shelves in the showers for toiletries, I received great feedback on the look and quality of his work from potential buyers.</p> <p><br /></p> <p>For the few issues that came up along the way, Ziggy always addressed them promptly and didn't nickel and dime me for small changes, extra requests, or just making sure I was happy.  </p> <p><br /></p> <p>I am now in the process of purchasing a new home - it needs quite a bit of work but I will absolutely be looking to Ziggy and his team to help us with our next remodel!  This time we will really get to enjoy Ziggys hard work, attention to detail and beautiful finished design.  <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /></p> <br />
