Exceptional service and results. Devon and his colleague were on time, explained the process and cost, measured and then reduced the estimated price due to my overestimate of square footage, and achieved cleaning results that were much better than we anticipated (removed pet stains we could not eliminate on our own). This is only the second time in 10 yrs I have written a recommendation on Angie's List. These guys were just great!

The Zink couple arrived on time. The areas to be cleaned were measured and the stairs were done with an additional charge. The only furniture that needed to be moved was the dining room table. All areas to be cleaned were vacuumed and ready to be cleaned. The professional team had the areas thoroughly cleaned in less than an hour. My husband and I were give shoe protectors and told to be careful on the wet carpet so that we didn’t slip and fall. It was recommended that we have the carpets stain proofed the next time they are cleaned because we have pets.

Ryan and Shayla were AWESOME!!! What a great team! They work very well together and get the job done quickly and done well. I was afraid that I had waited much too long to have the carpets cleaned, and there were several different areas that I was concerned about. But they did a fantastic job and the carpets look great!! Ryan and Shayla are both very personable and polite, as well, and Ryan is very knowledgeable and answered my questions thoroughly. You couldn't ask for a better team. I'm so glad that I gave Zink's Carpet Care a try! I would definitely use them again and refer them to family and friends.

I would maybe use them again. My wife wasn't totally pleased with the way the carpets ended up, and so we would probably use somebody else. The workers that came out were good people. It took about 45 minutes to an hour to clean the carpets.
