Although I had called and specifically asked for my VENT to be cleaned (and they refused to give me a quote on the phone, because they had to see the job), due to an emergency call (on my part), I had to call and reschedule the service for another day, within 10 minutes of originally scheduling it. Later that day, an hour after the original service window, the technician called to tell me that he was running "a little" late. I had to explain to him that a) I had rescheduled for two days later and b) he was calling me an HOUR after the 2 hour window he had promised. This should have been a HUGE red flag. However, 2 days later, the tech arrived, and I explained to him what I wanted. He insisted that the issue was not the vent, but the drain. After several minutes of back and forth (which SHOULD have been the 2nd red flag), I assumed he was "the professional" and I gave in. He then had to get his tablet, to see what the "standard" price was (should have been the 3rd flag, if it was "standard", why couldn't they tell me over the phone?). He and his helper then made ME move my washing machine so they could fumble with my plumbing. They "tried" the first snake, and couldn't get it to work, then the used a smaller one. Although they said that they would snake "all the way to the street", considering the snake was no longer that 15 ft, this was an impossibility. They then said, well, that should fix it. It didn't of course. They then proceeded to tell me all the plumbing changes they would have to make (weird that this was never an issue until a few weeks ago) in order to fix it. Of course, this was going to be VERY expensive. I told them to just give me a bill for the work that they said they did. It was the FULL amount they had originally quoted, even though they didn't fix the problem, or even complete the job they said they would do. DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY.
