Zoom Drain

It was kind of pricey for just the drain unclogging, but he got it clear.

Done right

Easy to schedule and on time. They even waited for me schedule around my work schedule.

Company responded right away to request. The technician was knowledgeable and friendly and he didn’t overcharge us for the work done. Got our drain unclogged quickly and asked if we needed assistance with anything else.

They arrived fast

STAY AWAY !!! ALMOST GOT SCAMMED AND UP SOLD SOMETHING I DID NOT NEED

MJ, the service pro from Zoom, listened, diagnosed the problem, and quickly fixed the problem. A true professional. The Company office followed up with a phone call the next day to ensure all was resolved!

Excellent. Was prepared for all situations. I would give him 6 stars if I could!

This pro was very professional and efficient.

Zoom right came in and was thorough and professional. Understood exactly what my issue was and provided the necessary remedy options. They took care of the problem and followed up with things I can do so that the issue does not happen again. Lawrence Jarrett was great and thorough in his work. Would recommend Zoom Drain.

The technician from Zoom arrived on time and did a fantastic job!

did a good job

Job completed as expected, provided additional maintenance drain fluid. Quick, easy and professional. Would recommend.

Very efficient, knowledgeable and personable

They truly live by the code of "you get what you paid for". The price was cheaper than expected (and they included a free estimate too). So ultimately, our slow bathtub drain was cleared. However, the technician had terrible housekeeping. After stripping the caulking around the overflow valve, they left the caulking pieces in the bathtub and told us to flush them down the drain (?!). They said the provided bio solution would clear the pieces just fine...but why do that when a trash can is less than a foot away?? Then, they did not offer to reseal the valve they just opened...just left a mess for us to pick up. As such, we will not be using them again next time...free estimate or not. If we wanted the bare minimum, we would have done it ourselves.

The worker was professional and did the job well. Thank you

Went through everything step by step with what was wrong. Will definitely be hiring them for the job

Zoom was to come out as I had a clogged drain. I had another plumbing service out before them that said they were snaking dirt and excavation was necessary as they believed the pipe was broken. Zoom plumber made aware and stated in his professional opinion it could be fixed with the hydro jet flushing and did not believe it was the original problem diagnosed by the other plumber and did not believe excavation would be needed. After flushing and a $850.00 price I was told that it was worst case scenario and it was the original problem. They reduced the price to about $ 550.00 after I complained and said if I hired them for the larger job they would deduct the $550.00. I got a quote from Zoom for the job to excavate and replace piping which after deducting the $550.00 was still $ 1,000.00 more than the other 2 quotes I received. I called customer service to report what I felt was a bait and switch situation and nothing came of it. Down another $550.00 be careful not to be sold on a pipe dream.

My husband and I were very happy with the overall quality of the work being performed by Zoom.

Yes. It was

Overall, the technician was very courteous and knowledgeable. In and out in 45 min to clear a stubborn drain issue. Would recommend in the future.

Good!

Helpful, quick, clear instructions, good results
