Prompt response to my problem. I was contacted when promised and they arrived when they said. They had the parts needed to correct my leaky refrigerator and did so quickly and effeciently. Serbice call fee waived because parts were used.

Very unsatisfactory work. Didn't want to take the washer apart to see what was really wrong with it. Took off the top of the washer, turned it on, let it spin and said that everything was working fine. My next load, the washer was smoking and banging all over. Very unsatisfied with the work, do not recommend at all.
