A Better Comfort Zone (Marko) did a great job at assessing our appliances and furnace after we had a slightly flooded basement, to see whether there was water damage. Marko was very professional and provided excellent service.

He was very helpful and was able to make it to our home in the evening. This helped tremendously since that meant I did not have to take time off of work for the repair. He was very courteous. I would highly recommend this company.

Called to fix an ice-maker. Gave me advice over the phone to try to fix on my own. When it didn't work, he came out and fixed ice-maker. Had him service the HVAC as well. Great quality and service. Have already found new jobs for him.
